kahawat he" apna kaam banta, bhaad me jaye janta". This is truly depicted by those who manage to get seats on fake documents. The issue raised by the presidents of schools and others in the meeting with DoE needs attention. 

Quote" aaj me kisi ka haq maar raha hoon, to mujhe thodi der ke liye khushi mil sakti he, lekin jab koi doosra mera haq marega tab kaisa lagega" kya aise log is par vichar karte hein? This can also be termed as "MORAL CORRUPTION"

Therefore, punitive action is required against the defaulters.

EWS forms are being sold free of cost. If the schools are expected to conduct such a elaborate exercise the cost of admission is bound to go up and who is going to bear this expense.

No hardly 25 seats per school  (on an average ) per school FOR EWS

and teachers do so for gen cat in DPS rkp/vk.

Do you know how much a seat is sold of as per parents feedback 2lacs-10 lacs and you know these seats belonged to whom earlier GENERAL CATEGORY.

So it was made from 15 % to 25% for ews and 10 % was reduced from GEN CAT.

SO WHO IS THE LOSER ?

@Ravi Kumar, I have already post this comment in reply to Mr. Akshat's quote a few days back. He asked for physical checking which is not an easy task for schools. The fact you figoured out in your comment was mentioned in my reply. 

I recommend punitive action against the defaulters as and when it comes to the notice of the authorities i.e. total rejection of such admission. Who will provide education to that child if his admission is cancelled. 

We parents need corrective actions for such a crime.

There are the people who are taking 5K to 10K & providing the certificates to get admission in EWS category. Is there anyone who can take some serious action these people

@Ashish,Yes, that was the main issue and now we have proposed all the certificate to be  verified by the concerned authority and for that purpose only meeting was held but the problem is there where schools  show less seats at entry level and sell the seats.

Definitely home visits and rechecking the documents of EWS need to be done by DOE. Only very few schools follow transparent admission process regarding EWS. Last year Presidium school Dwarka call EWS parents for an interaction and asked PAN card details and bank account statements. And heard half of the EWS seats go to non EWS people but with correct documents to prove that they are EWS. Many schools did not give application for EWS just to fill with management quota seats later. DOE should ensure that 25% of seats go for genuine EWS students.

It is important to understand the pain of unaided private schools and specially Mr. bhattacharya. it these schools are so well wisher  of EWS parents then who stopped them to provide EWS admission which was there contractual liability. These schools were literally cheating the people. They never lost any opportunity to deprive the poor for their commercial gain. I am not defending the people forging documents and law will take its own course and directorate also can play vital role for it but i am against any power for school to reject the admission or De-register the name from role as it will be grossly misused by the school to use as a device for the people who raises voice against school. Timing of this delegation is also very important as the directorate is under process to take policy decision for extending EWS admission in other classes also if the school is at public land. it is very interesting that  recent judgement came in the writ petition titled as Ashok Kumar Thakur Vs Balbharti public school where an EWS parents approached high court against a letter signed by Mr. Bhattacharya himself. Several branches of bal bharti is involved in playing fraud by concealing enrollment and revenue which is much much more then contribution on EWS but the EWS people is victim as they have no voice. The reason for fee increase is concealment of enrollment and playing fraud with data and most of the big schools are involved in this fraud. It would be better if delegation had suggested some action against these schools and their management . we leave it on the parents to decide who is bigger criminal a person playing fraud for the education of his children or the school management which is making crores. I have RTI information and shared with almost all the authorities.

Being a fighter for EWS ...you are spot on and i concur with you that most of the school are not ready to give ews their due and they are manipulating and as sakshi also mentioned when schools only sell the seats  how any system can be fool proof !!

No system can be free from all the devices but we can work to minimize the device. I have told almost all the DDEs that if they are getting any such complaint then i will be glad to assist them. we must understand that the word forged document can be easily checked as all the documents whether income certificate or voter Id these are online available and can be checked. Parents are paying for income certificate but even genuine one also paying but that is a part of corruption which became a part of our society now. I don't rule out that some parents are concealing facts while filing affidavit but if we see the number of persons whether under EWS or non ews concealing income from various authorities then we will see this practice is also not limited to EWS. There are certain loop holes and unjust conditions in DOE circular also like continues residence of last 3 years which encourages people to submit some false documents. we should be aware that the RTE is a central act and it can't not be limited to the domicile state then what is the reason for such defective drafting. I think ashok ji is also misquoted here as he used the word fraud not forged. These two words are different.

And sumit ji My fight is not limited to EWS but I try equally to contribute my efforts for general category parents whether it is fee hike or capitation by the name of arbitrary process of admission. see these two documents of a well known school it will be clear that what fraud is being played with these schools.
