@Mr. Khagesh Jha, you are a learned counsel and might explain your legal perspective on how to challenge a document issued from revenue department even the school knows the submitted doc seems to be a case of concealed information. I am not against bringing transparency in the system of admission as well as procuring documents genuinely. 

Schools cannot deny admission if required docs are submitted. Even they cannot ask substitute docs to cross-check the genuineness like PAN etc.  But in the absence of a fair cross-check, the basic purpose of free education to the actually needed children will carry on going killed. Resourceful will beat the resource-less. 

Therefore, the person issuing an official document or a parent submitting an undertaking should be held responsible. Therefore, please suggest  corrective course of action.

Jhaji - If you have proof then go to court. You cannot have a trial by media.
