We can also take the other way out. Those Muslim people may belong to OBC (non-creamy layer). See the OBC list of muslims

I also feel the same. The whole system is now depemndednt on GOD. If my childs lottery slip does not get picked up, mind it, DOES NOT GET PICKED UP then kya????? Everyone of us needs to find modferators now helping in Admissions......I sthis the crux of this whole process of admissions??? Pulla.................

I strongly believe now its time to develope a centralised system for Nursery admission Where parents can fill one form and opt for required school and there should be sure shot admission in the vicinity of the infant's home.
These school management should behave responsively as they are directly contributing towards the development of country's future.
Yesterday my form was rejected by Tagore international School, Vasant vihar because i was not able to prove that i am staying in the current address from last 1 year.
They don't even consideing Voter Id card.

Dreamt last night:
DOE server picks data from MCD birth records for children born in Delhi.
You get 2 weeks in Jan to give you choice of schools based on neigbourhood.
Simultaneously, people transferred to Delhi get 2 weeks time to register for admission on DOE website along with choice of schools.
Computerised draws held.
You get a school assigned for admission.
The hassel of forms/line/leaves from offices will stop.
Standard documents are accepted as said by DOE. No inclusion/exclusion.
Guideline/Criterias can change from time to time as per DOE.
Above outlines procedure only to reduce hassels.
Wake-up sid !!!
