I do not understand what stand is the school  taking for these fraud cases.Their forms should be totally rejected. How can such a reputed school take out such list without checking.Does this mean that schools are not checking the list at all.

investigation is very much required. it is beyond the imagination that this much of transfer cases that in one school. ridicules not acceptable at all.

My analysis on the DPS Vasant Vihar Draws :

 

1. There are 50 candidates of transfer cases out of 140 selected, which comes out to be 35.7% .
2. Out of 50 transfer cases 6 cases are the ones getting the siblings points (20), which comes out to be 12% of today transfer cases.

 

What I am not able to understand is that how can someone get sibling points and transfer points together. Transfer cases are the ones which are coming outside of the NCR within last one year and if that is the case how come siblings studying in the same school. I understand it is theoretically possible but still 12% is a big number.

it is theoretically possible if they say that one parent has been living in delhi with the child attending school, and now the other has got transferred.

but in such a case, why should they get benefit of both sibling and transfer?!

In my opinion if any case of fraud is found the parents must be penalized with hefty fines, their transfer points must be reverted. But in all this I would still wish their child to continue to be candidate for admission with revised points.

Not their child's fault.

if only transfer cases are considered due to 75 points, what will happen to the kids with 70 points only...

This is surprising that NCR transfer being taken as transfer case.

And also there should be some penalization apart from cancellation to those who are giving fake transfer or other certificates.

I think Form16 is a better option to check genuine tranfer case, it clearly indicates place of posting.

your anaylisis is right. This is alarming. We need to raise the point to all schools to think such minute details.
