As per DOE  guideline "Interstate Transfers from 1st January, 2013 to 5th February, 2014" only is cosidered for points under this category. http://edudel.nic.in/upload_2013_14/20780_93_dt_31012014.pdf

But on website of DarbariLal DAV Model School, Pitampura it is mentioned that

"transfer at least once in 5 years in the past 10 years (if applicable) (outside Delhi)" http://www.dldavpp.com/aprocedure.jsp

so, Parents and Schools both are flouting rules regarding transfer cases.

 make draw of lots for all the registered candidates accept reserved quota (i.e girls quota and EWS ) then shortlist point wise after that documents verification. otherwise first draw of lots and then documents verification followed by point system.

Anybody can explain, how these schools are checking applications??

@Deepak - Why not ? If a sibling is studying in a school and one of the parents got transferred in the meantime outside of delhi and came back in last 1 year.

I am not saying if this is justified or not, but as per guidelines, it is possible.

Any one of the parents needs to have transferred back to Delhi in last 1 year,.

This is not at all justified. Child is to be admitted to school not his parents. If sibling is already studying in the school, why double benefits are to be given?

Sibling and alumni can be combined, why not sibling and tfr or alumni and tfr.

the idea should be if tfr points are at all justified for Nursery admissions.
