The same capital Ms. Kaur that witnessed a heinous crime in December last year within 10 km of the prime minister's office.

so many of us are pissed off for that fact that we might have to re fill the forms and will have to take the pain all over again, but how can we forget that this is for our own kids, it is there future guys, there are many more kids who are getting neglected due to the point systems

What is fair and what is not fair has become a million dollar question. What is fair for one is unfair for other. Be it issue of development, schooling, jobs, business, sports everywhere morality issues are being questioned and unfortunately no one has the right answer.

What could be the best criteria for admission, who will decide that or for that matter who is best among all the deciding people - whether delhi govt./ courts/school management/paernts - ?, lets first decide that. Once we agree on the deciding authority then we will have to leave at their wisdom to decide on right criteria, otherwise this debate in never ending.

I think the core issue here is not about the effort - it's the faith in the outcome. The timing could have been better. There had to be a cut off for schools to define the parameters and all this tug of war should have happened between that cut off abd before the admissions started.

Existing Point system should be scrapped since it is a total failure since indirect screening and skyhigh donations are playing the major role which is purely against RTE Act. DOE failed to stop the nexus of donation. Actually the guidelines was brought up to abolish these things and was expected for a transparent process. But there is no chance for a transparent admission process and things are going worst year after year since Schools are given autonomy for high handedness in dealing with their own criteria.

But siblings should be given consideration and parents  should be given more time for applying in schools as said by Mr.Vohra.

Siblings should not be given any consideration as this is against child-centric approach of RTE.

Not only is sibling criteria against child centric approach of RTE it also would also lead to indirect screening as of date & is discriminatory in nature.

Wonder why couldn't we get it right in the beginning , something as basic as this , but lottery surely isn't the correct way , the chaos continues ....
All we can say is. The current state is very annoying

any update on the HC verdict ??
