Please confirm me, should we required address proof document at online registration time for DPS Noida?

Yes as its online preference and it is clearly stated that Noida residents would be given preference.

When we will fill online form there will be any field for upload Address proof document. Any Idea?

Yes and they might ask for proof later or in online form as every school changes format every year.

So it will be clear on 21 June.
