Click at the link below to see how DPS Mathura Road had mentioned on its website that only Rs 500 would be refunded out of Rs 40,000/=00 deposited even if you went next day for refund.Its was only after Mr Vohra Intervention school agreed to pay the refund.

Even Vishal Bharti, Paschim Vihar is also refunding Rs. 500/- out of Rs. 40,000/-. Even the school is asking for Rs. 20,000/- in advance (i.e. before the first list comes out) to secure a seat/for confirmed admission

If we go after 25 days to get back the fees i.e., to get back the refund & the school tells to come now & then and in this kashamkash the 30 days pass, then DO WE HAVE ANY WRITTEN PROOF TO SHOW TO MR. VOHRA OR DOE THAT WE APPROACHED THIS SCHOOL & THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING AS PER DOE GUIDELINES.
FIRST QUESTION :- Is there a way legally to tell the school to refund the fees so that we have some written proof in our hands that YES, We came & applied for fee refund and now school is not refunding.
SECOND QUESTION :- Can we use Camera or Voice recording to prove that we paid something in cash also because school blackmailed us & said that this much fees/donation/etc is to be paid in cash only & no receipt or proof we will have for that.
SAKSHI JI & VOHRA JI & ALL LEGAL KNOWEDGE CONCERNED PLEASE ANSWER IMMEDIATELY AS TOMORROW STARTS THE RUNNING DAY

1-If you have paid in cash with no receipt sorry no refund possible. camera /voice wont work.
2 Yes you can complaint to DOE rest you know

My Second Preference school called me today and asked for 65000 in cash to be paid in next 4 days. My First Preference school will come out with list after 30 days exact.
CAN I DO ANYTHING LEGALLY ?

No , Doe will ask for proof of payment .not a single rupees will be refunded

Name of School is VSPK Sec-13 Rohini who is asking money.
If I pay Rs.40000 & Rs.26000 two cheques.
(1) CAN CHEQUES BE TREATED AS PROOF OF RECEIPT LEGALLY (for Refund Purpose later on) ?
(2) Cheque should be in favour of WHOM so that I can specifically get it enforced later on if required ?

Tomorrow is last day to get admission in ambience public school.thry are asking for payment on the name of ambience education society.if paid thru cheque.plz tell me if we pay thru cheque on this name can we claim for refund.pllz reply urgent

Thanks to our Founder Mr.Sumit Vohra who helped Parent Community throughout the Admission Process. Next Admissions to School round the corner parents have applied 10 to 20 or even more schools and there arise a necessity to extend the period from one to two months the fee refund policy since first shortlist are likely to come after 2 days time. DOE should take this issue seriously and take immediate action.

Thank you AdmissionsNursery team for raising this issue. This will help thousands of parents. Certainly schools should not allow to forfeited full fee even though admission is cancelled.

Seems a good news (finally got through Ambience thru phone).
Rs. 60,700/- is at the time of admission which includes first quarters fees, which is Rs. 21,000/-.
at the time of withdrawal (before one month) - Admission+Registration+One month fees @ Rs. 10,450/- (approx) will be deducted and the balance (Rs. 50,250/- approx) will be refunded.
