Hi. Amity's form requires attested proof of residence and date of birth certificate to be submitted alongwith printed form. I would like to know who / which authorities can attest the form. pl guide. thanks

@Anshu: The documents can be self-attested in front of school authorities at the time of submission and you need to carry the originals also in that case.

yes mr. aseem you are right..that was the process being adopted till 2011-12 session by Amity..now from 2012-13 session onwards the procedure is as mentioned by me above...pls be prepared to fill the 30 min questionnaire with logical and point wise answers..it can be used by Amity for screening to shortlist for 2nd physical interaction round of parents..
