As valid proof of residence : They should consider registered lease deed. Rent Agreement duly registered, aadhar card , electricity or MTNL, BSNL, landline telephone paid bill, affidavit with driving license of the same address.

Has anybody been able to successfully submit the online form for Fr Agnel Noida ?
I have been trying since morning but every time it gives an error at the status bar
done with errors . ( * field required) message also comes as if I am leaving some field blank but I am filling all the details .
I tried calling them on both of the nos mentioned but there is no response .

I filled the Fr Agnel form and didnot face any issue. For those fields with * sign, if that information is not relevant in your case, please type N/A.

There is some issue with there side, Actually form has submitted you have to go there and take the username and password from the school.

yes, I have been, however there seems to be some issue with the system. After filling the form and on advise from Sakshi, I went to the school for collecting user id and password.
It is not being generated immediately after the form submission.

Dear Sakshi Kindly suggest what to do now if we are submitting the form again the data is already exist in there records but we dont have any Acknowledgement Receipt and not any USERID and a PASSWORD
Kindly suggest next step.

Ideally you should visit the school tomorrow. They have set up a separate desk with an IT person who can help out in sharing the username and password immediately.
