has anyone filled DPS Indirapuram form?

Strangely they have given me date of 24th sep for interaction....dont know why is this delay in starting the process...

First field is for siblings and we are not applicable for that do we need to fill (N.A) or leave it blank.

Hi Sapna,

I too submitted and recieved the date as 1st Oct at 09:00 AM. 

Also the form I received on email is a blank form (I thought it will already have the details from the one we filled in the online form but that is a blank form which we need to fill again and submit on 1st Oct).

Is that something you received as well?

Vishal, Is printed form(photos, docs etc.) needs to be submitted in the school after online submission or does it  need to be submitted at the time of interaction like 24th sept. in your case ? I believe you got this date auto generated online just after submitting the form. Please confirm.

this form needs to be submitted on interaction date.
