I think you want to know fees for registration form i.e. Rs 500/-

That is not mentioned anywhere. Neither on form nor on prospectus. I am planning to submit it with all the documents i.e. copy of BC, address proof voter's id, our qualification and my company -i card copy. Basically copy of all things which are listed in form to put forward my stand.

I called the KPS & they replied only forms will be required

Thanks Shashi..this means probably they'll ask for these documents at the time of interview
