admission in Amity Sec 6 Vasundhara has started from 18aug. does anyone has information regarding fee structure and how much is refundable. kindly share that the first interaction has to be attended by whom, both parents and child? what will be the time gap between first round and final. plz share

Hi Ranjeeta, I went through the process in 2010. The admission fees then was around 51,000. So will be more now. You might get an idea from the answers of those who took admission last year. The gap between the first and second rounds is very few days. Once they put out the list of selected candidates, the second interaction will be in a couple of days. The entire process (which has already started) is over in around 3 weeks. And please remember to check the list of selected candidates (from the 1st round) at the school and don't depend on the school website. In my case I checked the website which had a "_" and spent an entire evening getting depressed that we didn't make it. When we went to the school the next day, our name was on the list!

Hi All,

We visited Global Genesis school today and we were impressed with the facility. But are little apprehensive about the curriculum of the school which mix of IB till 5 standard and CBSE for next 3 years and then an option between the two. Can you please let us know how this school is in terms academics and extra curricular activities. Not sure how IB plus CBSE pattern fits?

Kush - I think you are referring to Global Indian International School, Sec 71 Noida. We visited Genesis Global School, Sec 132.

Thanks Sanjay - any feedback on the education part of Genesis Global (not GIIS). How is the school if we take out the residential facilities? Any first hand experience?

Yes it's bit on expensive side but not much, w/o hostel the cost comes to about 2.5L p.a. apart from one time payments which are 60k (30k is refundable).

2.5 Lacs an annum is out of my pocket... Roughly 20K per month... I heard Pathways is 30K per month. I wonder what facilities are they providing for which they are charging so high fees...

I heard Lotus Valley is also good in comparison.. and fees is like 40K for quarter Plus 15K per year as development fees. At the time of admission, they also take around 60K out of which some part is refundable.

I hoping if I can get thru Amity or APJ for my kid.

I have seen DPS Noida as number 1 in most forums, but when you speak to people in person, no one is speaking High of DPS noida...

Manav rachna Noida is good new age school for overall development and MRIS has 6 six school, got very good reviews overall ,It follows same pattern for admission procedure as DPS, Somerville, FAS, AMIty..parent and child interaction.
