Non refund of admission fee (Nursery admission 2015-16)
Dear Sakshi/Mr. Vohra,
We had secured admission in BVN Pushp Vihar but later had to withdraw our child from the school. The application of withdrawal was given after 1 month 10 days. The school has refused to refund any fees as they say there is no circular for refund of fees after 1 month. Spoke to DOE official as well but he says the present circular would only allow for refund if applied within 1 month.
We seek you guidance / support and help to get out hard money back from the school.
Please advise for way forward.

same prob is faced by me in apeejay pitampura except with difference that here school is not responding at all

No provision by doe of refund after one month . Approach Deputy DIr of of area if he can help.
