Notarize Rent Agreement

Hi, I have just shifted to Dwarka from Rohini and we have notarized rent agreement executed in Dec 2015 (1 month old). Can anyone suggest if this can be accepted by schools while we are applying for Nursery admission of our child in Dwarka.

If you have MTNL bill it would a valid proof.

i dont think schools will accept this, rent deed should be court registered
