nowwhat about general category people who have not got any seat

I have filled 32 forms n end up with no admission now inter transfer seats will get vacant n how will school take up the seats

Transfer points are abolished except for those 24 cases who approaches the court b'cauz justice is a matter of solicitation and not for everybody. Now all remaining children including transfer and 70 points will go for a fresh lottery for the remaining seats.
