number of forms to secure a seat?

Hi saakshi, 

I have a baby boy and so far filled in around 15-17 forms in south delhi, is that sufficient? or should i fill in okay okay schools as well?

Fill max as it cost only Rs 25 as this year schools are misusing autonomy
