nursery admission 2017-2018 delhi schools

It starts after dec ..Delhi has fixed calender
From last 3 to 4 yrs it is starting from 1 -15 Jan
Delhi schools follows point system or lottery

Which are the best schools for Nursery admissions in West Delhi specifically near Rajouri Garden? And are the procedures all online or one has to goto Schools in person to fill in forms etc?

Most of established schools give online forms or downloadable forms and some do give physical forms
