Hi, 

I have twins and there date of birth is 01-03-2013 , Please let me know whether they will be eligible for 2016 Nursery Admission. Please let me know when school form will open. 

I am staying at south delhi

Yes they are eligible for nursery as min age on 31 mar 2016 should be 3yrs.
