nursery admission for 2 year 11 months child

My daughter is born on 3 may 2013..she is right now in pre nursery.we are living in south Delhi..can she get admission in nursery in 2016.do any schools have this criteria or what's the rule...what can I do..plz help.

Min 3 yrs on 31 mar in delhi

only some ncr schools might give relaxation
