Only if the stay order or removal order comes before 28th when the first list are out.
After that its difficult. Even if it happens, parents who would have got selected would go to SC and get a stay order.
So its critical to get this interim stay by 28th

Many fraud cases are not turning back with fear. For instance in DPS Dwarka, few parents with 75 points did not turn up for verification. It was mentioned as below in the notification
"The applicants with 75 points and above who were shortlisted for verification from 18-20 February 2014 and were absent for the process of verification, have been marked as absent. Their names are not included for the draw of lots or further process."
So it paved way for 70 point cut off and after draw 47 candidates were selected.

trf pref at start of term is illogical
even if it allowed mid term then also people may try to shift the child from NCR to Delhi schools mid term, but thats another story

Any points to comfort the parents who faced the taruma of being in delhi, staying next to top schools and still not able to secure a single seat for their wards (esp first child) while a child shifting to delhi from mumbai getting automatic license to get admitted in top schools.... all these parents are running to every school where 70 pointer draws are taking place in the hope that luck would be with them at least once.... do you think they will not run behind every school again if these non-sensical 5 points are abolished??? could you even understand their trauma...
I can't justify to myself what gives your child an advantage over mine (a localite)for entry level admission....
No hard feelings though... i understand everyone wants a top school for their child but let their be a fair chance for everyone to try their luck...

Would this mean that schools which have already published list of selected children would publish fresh list children...

1.dilli dil walo ki
2.athithi devo bhava
3.delhi wala can also apply in other states
4.kya fark padta hai agar dilli wake sarkari schiol mai padh lege par bahar walo ko achhi education milni chahiye.
5.delhi per capita income is very high they can afford very big game under the table

In case transfer points are abolished will school shall draw again

We 70 pointers only will get accommodation while these transfer cases will also come in general draw otherwise all good schools are closing their door for 70 pointers
