There will be genuine cases for both scenarios i.e. genuine transfer cases who have managed to secure a seat for their child in some school and some 70 pointer who has also been lucky in a draw.... how will these be handled.... will they both loose their current seat in the re-draw scenario....

There should not be re-registration process as the no. of days will be very less and many parents may be very busy with the office works due to closing of the financial year. In such short notice, many parents may fail to re-register even, which is totally unfair. However, the solution could be that those who applied under inter-state transfer category can be allowed to re-register only.
