Nursery Admissions - ANALYSIS OF DPS Dwarka / DPS Mathura Road Results- After 1st child parents again feel cheated Mr Vohra highlights to higher authorities

DPS DWARKA /MR RESULTS -According to Mr Vohra, the best solution is to cap sibling alumni else the dynasty rule will never end where sibling could be acceptable but alumni is under indirect screening so the category should be removed or should only be capped to 5-10 percent maximum."!!

  My Analysis OF DPS SCHOOLS AS FINAL LIST OUT (5 SCHOOLS)
          

NO PLACE FOR FIRST CHILD IN DPS (Bal Bharti/ Gyanbharti are giving equal points to first child and sibling even blue bells has kept equal points but they gave more points to alumni ) Some schools have kept quota for sibling

THE BEST SOLUTION IS TO CAP SIBLING ALUMNI BY  ELSE DYNASTY RULE WILL NEVER END WHERE SIBLING COULD BE ACCEPTABLE BUT ALUMNI IS INDIRECT SCREENING SO SHOULD BE REMOVED OR SHOULD BE CAPPED TO MAX 5-10 %

          
 TWO DPS CSME WITH FINAL LIST TODAY

         1  DPS Mathura Rd  Came with selected list -

           All 113 seats went to sibling or alumni 

            the Draw for 50 candidates at 55 points  for 18 seats also has sibling alumni ( some getting less point in distance)

2 DPS Dwarka came out with a list of 111 candidates for 98 seats in the general category , 82 are either sibling or alumini category and rest 29 are single parent ........ , So No place for first child

Mr Vohra I beg to differ, schools which have given a cap on siblings, and giving points to first child like tagore and many more. What is the fate of those parents.Its a pity as they have no option at all,
so many schools have given first child points.
Kindly evaluate before moving to media. Sakshi let us make this forum pro for everyone if we want to raise voice.

First complete your profile details- they are incomplete

bal bharti n gyan bharti  which have given equal points or more points to first child are the school out of 1500 schools and Mr vohra has already done article on sibling 

Blue bells has given equal pts to sibling and first child but more to alumni so purpose is defeated (HANDFUL HAVE DONE CAPPING)

Tagore has given points which are quite likely to suit .

Thanks to Mr.Vohra for highlighting this landmark research. It's crystal clear alumni points allotted by schools change the whole proportion. Before 2 years after you raised your voice,  alumni points were allotted only who passed out from the same institution and not from other ones. So more seats went to general public. But this time it has taken a reverse gear. As you have mentioned dynasty rule should come to the end or else in future there alumni points will be categorized into 2 like long term (older) alumni and short-term(younger) alumni. Education is for all and at present only one class of people are getting benefitted. So abolish alumni points or allotted percentage category as Mr.Vohra has mentioned. Our nursery admission process should be totally revamped by calling all stakeholders for formulating a policy.

this was the problem last yr too..but no out come was there..but this yr I am hopeful something will be done..I think only distance n draw of lots..should be done..examples of other states should be taken into account...THANK YOU ALL N SUMIT SIR FOR THIS MAJOR ISSUE

Law maker's are silent . I feel likeke puppet in the hand of school admin. What mr. Vohra will do ? Supreme court is silent like they are enjoying hues and cry of children . I think school lobby are so strong that make suprem court judges to sit on seat with tape on there mouth till the admission process will end.

I too agree with Mr Vohra and Sakshi maam on this. THere should be an upper cap on siblings and alumni quota. THis should be raised quickly before the admission process ends.
