No where in the guidelines it is written to send the print out of the filled form.. I read that v only have to send the DD for NKBPS.. Please clarify

Yes for NKB 

you need to fill the online form and submit, they will send you ur REG No, you write this no in the back of ur DD/PO and put it in the drop box at school.

Even I am confused.

It says

Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- should be paid in the form of Pay Order in favour of N.K.Bagrodia Public School Dwarka. The Pay Order along with the Print out of Registration form should be deposited / dropped in the ‘DROP BOX’ available in the Guard Room of the school. Please mention Registration No., Name of the Child and Father’s Name behind the Draft. The child will be registered subject to the online registration and submission of hard copy of registration form along with Pay Order which should be deposited in the DROP BOX of the school. Both the conditions are MANDATORY.

I did not get any form on my mail id
