Online form of DPS EOK does not have provision to record date of birth of those born in 2010. Only those born after 1st Jan 2011 can fill the form. Is this a slip or is it a covert policy followed by DPS?

if shortlisted then only need to submit printed form with DOB and residence proof  copy otherwise not...

for kulachi not heard good reviews... montfort and mata jai kaur are good... actually m a little worried as other than distance and first girl child we might not be considered for other points... so was looking for a lot of options... and if we consider other good schools a little further then we loose points for distance too...

For Medical certificate there were

COULD YOU PLEASE UPDATE US WHICH FORMAT WE NEED TO USE FOR THIS AND WHETHER IT SHOULD BE ON PLAIN A4 PAPER OR ANY LETTERHEAD.
