Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

I will like to pen down my sincere appreciation for Sakshi, Laatha and all other parent members who contributed towards a meaningful discussion in this forum. You lifted up the spirits when it was down, cleared the mind of of doubts when there was confusion and were a constant source of guidance.

I hope many of you must have secured admissions for your wards and for who are yet to do so, do not loose heart, there are sill schools calling in parents for admission.

After this two month ordeal I have finally secured admission for my ward in St. Francis De Sales and very much hope to come back on the forum in the future to share my experiences with the other parents who go through the grind.

Can you please share how did you get thru SFS? Even I am desperately trying for that but secured only 25 points.

Congrats Rajat! I know how you feel as i also got my son admitted in SFS after a long painful 4-6 months of process. My son is in Nursery B, what about your kid? have you paid the fees.

In addition i have said this before but i will say it many times, what a fantastic work done by the entire community of AN.com. No words can express the gratitute, the efforts you guys are putting in. I may become slightly inactive on the forum now but will be happy to help anyone in anyway i can.

Hi Ashish,

Can you throw some light on admission of SFS as I stay almost in 1km of this school and have a first girl child too but got only 25 points.

What trick you suggest me to do to get my daughter admitted there too.

Your help will be appreciated.

Hi Priya

There is no trick really.

We got additional points of Alumni. As far as my understanding goes, the only kids who got admitted are those with Alumni and/OR Sibiling category.

Deepali - We applied for admission in 25 schools and we got admission in SFS when all other schools finished their process and shut doors on us.

In Alumni or sibling case, there are no guarantee for admission as schools have made their own different admission policy this year. Alumni & Sibling are also in trouble...........in some schools

Alumni points Priya...got 35 points. After filling in 30 forms. But many of the Alumni & siblimg categories and mind you even with both Alumni & Sibling have not got thru.
