Harjeet Ji i agree that some people has done that with Fake certificates.., but its GOVT departments fault and they should take care of this.Its another issue and here we should not discuss about it.

So lets see but would be final outcome for General 70 pointers.

Genuine IST cases should be considered by courts. However, in the judgement they should also make provision for heavily penalizing anyone who is found to have submitted fake douments for IST or EWS.
