Hi Sakshi

Thanks for the information. If my understanding is right , then there would be two more notifications

1. Regarding the society shall undertake to admit 75% of the students of the neighbourhood or from the locality in which the school is located

2. EWS/DG category (It has been said that it would not be done manually)

May please clarifiy

1st on 285 schools on DDA land list in notification (for general category)
2nd for Ews/DG category

The best thing about this circular is that now all the schools will have to release their first and second list on the same date. Earlier the less reputed schools used to release their list earlier and parents to be on the safer side had no option but to secure admission in these schools and had to forfeit a portion of the fees deposited on changing the school at a later date. This is unlikely to happen now

GaganMy elder kid is  studying in deepali and will go to modern kundli this year .i am very much satisfied as my younger kid is eligible this year for nursery ,i would be enrolling hm in modern deepali.

Hi Sakshi,

Can you share your inputs on KG admissions? Are there significant number of schools in South west delhi who start from KG onwards? Or if you know these schools coming up with additional seats every year in KG classes as well.
