Nursery upper Age limit 4years maximum

Isn't its voilation of right to education of child.

Age Criteria: The child must complete 3 years and less than 4 years of age as on  March 31, 2017.

One can take only one attempt for admission in Nursery. And it is closest to me...bad luck last time my eldest and only child couldn't been selected in draw.

DAV Jasola and Dev samaj Jhulena are one two school closest to me. 

Suggest what Should I do.

Dear sakshi,

This is the form where the restricted submission through DOB column through calendar. I tried to meet the principal but they don't allowed. Is BETI BACHO BETI PADHAO is only slogan for propaganda... 

Can you please suggest where I apply for my only daughter

Will the age cap issue be taken up by the court since it is a clear violation of the High Court stay order of last year?

If after don notice they don't..Doe can get it done immediately..as stay on upper age by HC
