Dates have been extended for both but as the procedure for selection is diffrent thats why there are two circulars

What about minority schools NOT BUILT ON DDA LANDS. Has their schedule also been extended?

Hi Sakshi,

Having gone through the circulars, I understand correct reading should be as below. Plz. check and confirm.

"LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION EXTENDED FOR ALL THE SCHOOLS TILL 14 FEB (EXCEPT MINORITY SCHOOLS ON PRIVATE LAND)

Vishal

1. There is no separate category "Minority Schools on Pvt Land".

2. Categories are:

a. Schools on DDA land with neighborhood criteria (Non Minority and Spl category e.g. Sanskriti)

b. Schools on DDA land with neighborhood criteria (Minority)

c. All other schools not falling under a and b above.

3. Last date extended for all the schools.

Thanks Dr Rakesh. However, my understanding differs because of below reasons -

A) Part I of circular refers specifically to "Pvt unaided recognized schools (excluding schools which have been allotted land by DDA/ other govt agencies) 

B) The NOTE below table in Part I of circular refers specifically to "Minority Schools running on land allotted by DDA/ other govt agencies with the condition for admission based on neighbourhood".

C) Part II of the circular refers specifically to "Schools running on land allotted by DDA/ other govt land owning agencies (except minority schools) with the condition to ensure admission in neighbourhood"

My interpretation in summary,

1) Neighbourhood criteria is still enforced on all schools running on DDA land (through point B for Minority schools and through point C for other/ non-minority schools). Submission of forms postponed upto 14th Feb

2) Pvt unaided schools (those on private land - in point A) - Submission of forms postponed upto 14th Feb.

My query - Is there a category of Minority schools (on private land) which is not covered through this circular? Any school which is a Minority school and not listed in the list of 298 schools on DDA land?

See M i Right or no ?

Two circulars - basically saying same that last date extending till 14 Feb 2017

but they have divided the schools in different categories namely:

1. all 1400 private schools (except 298 and non-minority), EWS/DG category seats

2. all 1400 private schools (except 298 and non-minority), open seats

3. 298 DDA land schools

The two circulars is applicable to basically all the schools EXCEPT MINORITY Schools which are NOT on DDA land.

all schools are covered in the two circulars except the MINORITY SCHOOLS on PRIVATE LAND.

Is it right interpretation ?
