In case of clash of timings, Father n Mother can go to different schools ( In some cases if school allows also you can send guardian/grandparents with letter stating the reason)

Thanks, for the confirmation that removal of name from list is not done based on absence of parents during draw hours.
For many it will not be feasible to be present during draw hours. :(
Schools not being transparent, hard for a parent to do something about that.

Draws are on variable date. Some schools send messages, others I think need enquiry with School or notice board/website.
