To parents going for Document Verification in St. Thomas Dwarka

Try to reach before time, else you will encounter a serpentine queue outside the gate. The verification process takes just 4-5 minutes. But waiting is around an hour as queuing is not being followed strictly.

You need to carry self attested copies (and originals which will be returned) of

1) Printed Form (B/W is fine)

2) Birth Certificate

3) Medical Fitness Certificate

4) Affidavit in case of First born

5) Aadhar of child

6) Residence proof as per website

As per the doc, Aadhar card of the child for verification if shared at the time of registration.

So I guess not.

HI Varun,

Have you completed the process, my question is on Medical Fitness Certificate. The certificate that i have prepared is from a MBBA doctor stating that kids health is fine and they have completed immunization and are fit for school admission.

Will this be enough or they need a specific medical certificate.

Medical Fitness from the family paediatrician is fine. Take a photocopy for submission.

I had the same and I went for document verification today. No issues. All the best. Try to reach early. I wasted a lot of time just standing and waiting on the road!!
