• Last date for ONLINE Registration will be Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 3:00pm.

   1.	Online filling and Submission of Registration Forms	Wednesday, December 27, 2017 to Wednesday, January 17, 2018
   2.	Uploading details of all children who apply for admission (under open seats)	Tuesday, February 01, 2018
   3.	Uploading marks (as per point system) given to all the children who applied for admission (open seats)	Thursday, February 08, 2018
   4	The date for displaying  the first list of selected Candidates (including waiting list, along with marks allotted under points system) on the school notice board	Thursday, February 15, 2018 (10:00am)
   5.	Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/ email / verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their ward in the first list till :	Friday, February 16, 2018 to Tuesday, February 20, 2018

IMPORTANT

ALL APPLICANTS MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING TO FILL THE FORM. THE FORM ONCE FILLED AND SUBMITTED CANNOT BE AMENDED AT THE APPLICANT’S END. HENCE IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE APPLICANTS READ THE FORM VERY CAREFULLY AND FILL FIELDS VERY ACCURATELY.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

1. The field marked with (*) are mandatory fields and the form cannot be submitted until these have been duly filled.
2. Applicants must attach the mentioned documents in PDF/ JPEG format (incase of online applications) and self attested photocopies (incase of offline applications).
3. The admission schedule will be strictly followed; hence all deadlines may be noted.
4. ‘Criteria Points’ filled by parents should be accurate; these will be subsequently verified at the school end.
5.  Registration Fee of Rs.25/- must be deposited either online or at the school office.
6. Applicants must necessarily retain printout of the a) Acknowledgement Slip) Payment Receipt which will be required for further procedures.

In case after submission of the form the applicant identifies any error made by him/her, then the school must be approached as any amendment will only be possible at the school end.

THE LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION (OR ANY CORRECTION THROUGH THE SCHOOL) IS JANUARY 17, 2018. STRICTLY NO AMENDMENT / CORRECTION WILL BE POSSIBLE EVEN AT THE SCHOOL END AFTER JANUARY 17, 2018.

How to apply 
Registration can be done Online. Registration forms are also available at the School Reception from December 27, 2017 to January 17, 2018 (Timings 9.00 am to 12.00 noon). 

Registration fee = Rs. 25/-

List of Documents required at the time of registration 

1.	Self attested photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/Govt.
Note:	Original Birth Certificate   will be required  at the time of admission.   The Original will not be returned later. Please arrange for more than two original copies from Municipal Corporation.
2.	Other documents as per details given below:-
a) Neighbourhood	Any two proofs of residential address:-
	i)   Ration Card issued in the name of parent(Mother/Father having name of child). ii)  Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parents. iii) Voter I-Card(EPIC) of any of the parents. iv) Electricity bill /MTNL telephone Bill/ Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parent     or child
b)	Aadhaar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parent & of the child.
c) Sibling Studying in School	Copy of latest Fee slip of the sibling issued by the school.
d) Parent Alumni of School	Passing Certificate / Sr. School / Secondary School Certificate issued by CBSE.

Registration for admission to Classes Pre-Primary to VIII will commence from December 27, 2017. 
The number of seats in each class depends on vacancies created due to transfer, Shifting, issue of TCs etc. Registration does not guarantee admission. NO NEW ADMISSIONS ARE GRANTED IN CLASSES IX, X & XII. (Few admission are only granted to fill seats against issue of TCs on the basis of Merit and/or transfer of residence only)

My daughter will complete 4 years on 24 january 2018, is she eligible for PRE-PRIMARY under EWS/DG category as there will be less chances of admission in KG since limited seats are there.Is there any upper age limit this year.
