CRITERIA DEFINITION

Neighbourhood	The specification of areas is as per the list which is binding. (Click Here for Neighbourhood area reference and Groups).
Sibling	A real brother or sister of the applicant in the school, who is a student of Ahlcon International school during 2017-2018 and will continue in school.

IMPORTANT FOR ADMISSION

1. Out of the total applications from the first neighborhood range of 0-1 km, the school will first offer admission to all siblings coming under 0-1 km distance criteria.
2. If the applications of sibling category, in neighborhood range of 0-1 km are in excess of the seats of General Category, the draw of lots of all sibling applications (which have residence within 1 km), shall be conducted to admit the students against the number of available seats.
3. If the applications of sibling category within 0-1 km are less than the seats of General Category and if seats still remain vacant after exhausting sibling applications, the school shall admit the students on the basis of draw of lots from the remaining applications received under the neighborhood range of 0-1 km.
4. In case the total applications of 0-1 km is less than the number of seats of General Category, and vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 0-1 km, the applications from the second distance range of neighborhood of 1-3 kms shall be considered in the above manner.
5. If vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 1-3 kms, the applications from the third distance range of neighbourhood of 3-6 kms shall be considered in the above manner.
6. Students residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms after following the procedure as mentioned above.

LIST OF SELF ATTESTED DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE COPY OF ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Every year we have more applicants than seats available, therefore inability of the candidate to secure a seat is in no way a reflection of his / her caliber. Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents (in original)

• Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
• Proof of Residence (Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Paid Electricity Bill / Paid Telephone Bill / Voter ID / Ration Card / Aadhar card) .
• Declaration of First Child.
• Alumni - Class XII passing certificate issued by Ahlcon International School.
• For Single Parent : Judicial Divorce Order / Death Certificate of Spouse.
• For Sibling : Copy of OMV Card of Sibling.
• Any other certificate asked by the school to support any evaluation parameter.

IN ALL SCHOOLS THEY ARE ASKING FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE

BUT MY CHILD'S NAME IS NOT WRITTEN ON BIRTH CERTIFICATE

WILL IT BE APPILCABLE

I have filled both father and Mother details for Alhcon international, Do we need to fill Guardian details as well.

Any parent can be guardian or anyone in case of emergency.

Thanks. So either we can fill anyone of our details. Or otherwise we can mention some close one as guardian in case of emergency.
