it worked in some versions of chrome but not in all. Please change the chrome version if you are trying to fill up the form.

Hi Shruti,

Link is working perfectly Fine.

After Clicking on "Proceed to Payment" you have to scroll down (Important Point) it took a while to figure out .

Fill all the details, enter Captcha code,

Click "Pay Now"

And you are done :)

PRE-PRIMARY I ADMISSION (2018-19)
 The list of all the applicants with the score is as under.
 The scoring has been done by the computer on the basis of the information filled
by the parents. No verification has been done by the school at this stage.
 The school will verify the details only for the candidates selected after the draw
of lots.
 Any information found incorrect/incomplete at the time of verification during
the admission process will lead to cancellation of selection.
 Any resolution of query of parents, if any will be resolved on 7th and 8th February
2018 at the school reception between 9.00 – 11.30 am/ through mail.
 The applicants qualifying for the draw of lots along with the date and time of the
draw will be displayed on the school website on 9th February 2018 at 4 pm.

Instructions for Online Student Registration:

 

1. To fill up the Student Registration Form online, the ‘Name of the Student’, his/her ‘Date of Birth’, mobile number of parent and email address of parent would first have to be registered with the School Office by visiting the school on any working day between 27^th December 2017 and 17^th January 2018 (8.30 am to 12.30 pm). The School Office would then provide a valid ‘Registration Number’ to the parent for the online registration process. 

 

1. The Online Registration can then be done by the parent from the ‘Online Student Registration’ option using the three valid keys – of ‘Registration Number’, 'Student Name’and ‘Date of Birth’. It is also important to choose the name of the school for which the registration is being done from the drop-down box. The correct prefix (PP, SK or SS) are displayed automatically depending on the school opted for while entering the Registration Number (and hence, do not have to be entered by the parent).

 

1. Once the correct entries are made, click 'Get Online Registration Form', which displays the ‘Online Registration Form’. The form has several mandatory questions and a few optional ones, and the parent must carefully fill in the required information in each of these. Some of the fields are initially deactivated at first, and get activated depending on the response of the parent to a preceding question.

 

1. Once the parent has answered all the questions correctly, he/she should click the 'Submit' button. The next screen displays the information entered by the parent for each of the fields, and gives the option to either re-edit it (in case they wish to make any changes), or to finally submit the form using 'Submit Form' button. The parent is advised to review the answers typed/chosen, before clicking the 'Submit Form' Button, as the information provided cannot be changed anymore after the 'Submit Form' button is clicked. Please do also note that the online registration process is not complete till the 'Submit Form' button is clicked, and the parent would have to restart the online registration process, if the session is abandoned midway.

 

1. If the online registration has been completed correctly, the message to this effect is displayed in the following screen. A .doc file (in MS Word format) is also generated containing the answers provided by the parent. A printout of this file is to be taken and submitted to the school office (latest by 4 pm on January 17, 2018), after affixing the necessary photographs and signatures in the respective columns. This hard-copy submission completes the application process of the child for the Pre-School admission. Please note that no over-writing is to be done in the hard-copy of the form, and doing so would render the application of the child null and void. In case the parent needs to make any changes subsequent to the registration process, he/she must contact the school office with a written request.

 

1. In case the parent is unable to take a printout (or download the .doc file) right after the online registration process, he/she can take a printout later by choosing the ‘View Registration Details’ option on the first screen.

Instructions for ‘View Registration Details’:

 

1. This option is for those parents who have already completed the online registration process, and would like to once again view or take a printout of the registration details submitted online by them.

 

1. To view the registration details, the ‘Registration Number’ provided by the school, ‘Name of the Student’ and his/her ‘Date of Birth’ would have to be entered correctly by the parent. While entering this information, it is important to choose the name of the school for which the registration is being done from the drop-down box provided.
