Shriram Vasant Vihar Point System Please read this page completely and understand it before clicking the button at the bottom of the page which will take you to the registration form. Registration forms for children born between 1st April, 2012 and 31st March, 2015 can be filled in Online ONLY for academic session 2018-2019. Completed registration form needs to be submitted latest by 16:00 hours on Wednesday, 17th January 2018. Total number of seats available is 112. [Open seats – 62, Seats under the Disadvantaged groups and Weaker sections - 28 (25% of total seats), Management seats - 22 (20% of total seats)] The Shri Ram School has a split campus. The Junior School is in Vasant Vihar and the Senior School is in DLF Phase III, Gurugram. The Shri Ram School offers ISC/ICSE, NIOS, CIE & IB Diploma Programme Instructions for filling the Registration Form Important : The online registration form will be available from Wednesday, 27th December, 2017 to Wednesday, 17th January, 2018. The last date for receiving all forms is Wednesday, 17th January 2018 by 1600 hours. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process. The admission schedule for admissions to Pravesh Vatika (Nursery), 2018-19 is as below Commencement of Admission process : 27.12.2017 Commencement of availability of admission forms w.e.f : 27.12.2017 (9:00 am) Last date of receipt of applications : 17.01.2018 (4:00 pm) Uploading details of children who have applied for admissions under open seat : 01.02.2018 Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under Open Seats : 08.02.2018. 1st Draw of Lots: 10.02.2018. Display of the 1st list of selected candidates (Including waiting list): 15.02.2018 (along with marks allotted under point system) Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/ email/ verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the first list: 16.02.2018 – 20.02.2018. 2nd Draw of Lots: 23.02.2018 The date for displaying the 2nd list of candidates (if any) (Including waiting list) : 28.02.2018 (along with marks allotted under point system). Subsequent list of admission, if any: - 15.03.2018 Closure of Admission process : 31.03.2018 Guidelines for filling Online Forms This is an electronic registration form for Pravesh Vatika (Nursery). Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form. Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence. (Please have a pen and paper ready with you as you fill the form) The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database. Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same. After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant. All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system. Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered. When a user selects values in some List box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing process is completed the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data. Please note that when you have slow internet connection the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time, please be patient. The areas/localities/colonies within range for criteria of selection are built in to the system. If you do not find your locality, you may choose the 'Others' category. You will then be able to enter details and the distance from the school campus. An application for admission for a child with disability may be submitted under the general category or the disadvantaged and weaker section. If an application is submitted under the general category, then the procedure laid out for admission for the general category will be applicable. However, if an application is submitted under the disadvantaged group and weaker section, then the procedure laid out for the admission for the disadvantaged group and weaker section will be applicable. Please have a soft copy (jpeg, jpg and png file and image dimension should follow with maximum height 430 pixel and width 350 pixel) of a photograph of the child and parents ready to be attached while filling up the form. For any queries please write to pv.admissions@tsrs.org Please Note: - School timings for students of Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) for academic session 2018-19 are 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. School does not offer transport facility to the students of Pravesh Vatika (Nursery). Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]: Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation Proof of residential address i. Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child). ii. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents. iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents. iv. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child. v. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents. In case of sibling applicants: the identity card/admission no of sibling studying in The Shri Ram School whether at the Junior School i.e. Vasant Vihar, the Senior School i.e. DLF Phase III or at The Shri Ram School, Aravali For proof of first born child: affidavit affirming that the child seeking admission is the first born child. In case of twins, if one of the twins is shortlisted in the draw of lots then only will the other be considered under sibling category and not during the submission of the form. ADMISSIONS UNDER DISADVANTAGED GROUP AND ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTIONS Please note the following: You are requested to fill in the Common Admission Form (as prescribed by the Directorate of Education) available at the school campus free of cost. There will be no screening, written test, interview or profiling of child/parents.   Admissions for children belonging to Economically Weaker Section & Disadvantaged Group Category shall be made on the following Neighbourhood criteria:- Admission shall first be offered to eligible students belonging to EWS and Disadvantaged' Group residing within 1 KM of the specific school. In case the vacancies remain unfilled, students residing within 3 KM of the school shall be admitted. If there are still vacancies, then the admission shall be offered to other' students residing within 6 KM of the institution. Students residing beyond 6 KM shall be admitted only in case vacancies -remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 KM area. Documents required for admission on free seats : For the admission of child belonging to weaker sections: a. Income certificate issued by a revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar. b. BPL ration card (yellow coloured) c. AAY Ration Card (pink coloured) d. Food Security card issued by Food & supply Dept. (GNCT of Delhi). For the admission of child belonging to disadvantaged group: a. A Caste certificate issued by the Revenue Department GNCT Delhi (DC Office) in respect of SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) of child/Parents. b. Medical Certificate from government hospital or a report of diagnosis from a recognized hospital. (In case of Special Need or/ disability) For the admission of an Orphan child: Documentary evidence for Orphan/ A certificate issued by the Women and Child Development Department of GNCT of Delhi shall be considered. For the admission of Transgender child: Documentary evidence for Transgender. Proof of residence: a. Ration card issued to the parents (mother/father having the name of the child). b. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents. c. Voter Id card of any of the parents. d. Electricity bill/MTNL bill/Water Bill. e. Unique Identity card (Aadhar card) in the name of Father/Mother/Child issued by the Government of India. f. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child. Proof of Date of Birth: a. Birth certificate under the Birth; Death and Marriage Certificate Act, 1986. b. Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife. (ANM) register record. c. Anganwadi Record. d. hi Sakshi, the website says that forms have to be submitted by 17 Jan. Does 'submitted' meant hard copy submission at the school?

How does one access the filled form? the website gave a registration number but no link/access to print the form filled online. 

Please respond as soon as you can.

 Shriram does not ask you to submit hard copy. Only online submissions.You cannot access the filled form.

Rest double chk with school and parents who have applied in Shriram can give inputs.

Hi All,
Can anyone please clarify if points for "first born child" would be applicable for both kids in case of twins.
