REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN PRE SCHOOL (2019-20)
1. Issuance of Registration Forms for Admission in Pre School will
commence from 15.12.2018 to 7.1.2019 between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
2. Last date for submission of Registration forms will be 7.1.2019. (1.00 pm)
3. For admission in Pre School, minimum age of the child should be 3 years
complete on 31.3.2019 and should be less than 4 years, as per instructions
issued, by the Directorate of Education.
4. For distance it is mandatory to submit the colour printout (A-4 size paper)
showing correct driving distance using Google maps
(https://maps.google.co.in) from the residence of the child to the main gate
(gate no.1) of the school, otherwise the registration form will be rejected
without giving any notice.
On the Google Map, serial no. of registration form must be written.

5. Self Attested documents to be enclosed with the registration form
(a) Date of Birth Certificate.
(b) Residence Proof
(c) For sibling (real brother & sister only) category, photocopy of Identity
Card of elder brother / sister.
(d) For alumni category photocopy of 12th class mark sheet / certificate.
(e) Coloured (A-4 size) Google Map having driving distance.
6. Following information are enclosed.
(a) The criteria for admission for General Category.
(b) Admission schedule for registration / admission.

I hereby understand and undertake the following:

a) Registration does not guarantee admission

b) An incomplete form will be summarily rejected by the school.

c) The information furnished in this form is based on facts and authentic records.

d) In case any particulars /information are found to be incorrect at a later stage, the registration / admission is liable to be cancelled summarily with due deductions from fees. The school would be free to legally proceed against such parents.

e) I hereby accept the process of admission undertaken by the school as per the Order No. FDE.15(172)/PSB/2016/29777-788 dated 26.11.2018 issued by Directorate of Education, Govt of NCT of Delhi. Please follow the updates regarding Pre-School admissions issued from time to time by DOE at www.edudel.nic.in

f) I will abide by the decision taken by the school authorities, which shall be final and binding on me.

g) Once the application has been submitted, there will be no addition / alteration to the information provided.

h) Original supporting documents along with self-attested photocopies to be provided by parents at the time of verification of admission under the Open Seats.

 

Note:In case of tie, selection will be made through a Draw of Lots in the presence of parents of eligible candidates. For date, time and venue of draw of lots please see updates on website regularly.

does parent need to be available at the venue during draw of lots ? is that important for selection ?

Also in banyan tree .. i didnot have to pay rs 25 . i was little surprised. there is no mention of physical form submission . 

how is this school ?

Always better to be present at Draw of lots ..Some schools make it mandatory(School Specific)

BT is considered mediocre school.

1. Kindly carry the print out of Acknowledgement Slip of Registration for entry to the school.
2. Only one parent will be permitted to attend the Draw ( Mother or Father)
3. Please carry any Photo Identity of the parent attending the Draw. (Driver’s License/Adhar Card/Voter I card etc.)
4. Children will not be allowed to attend  the Draw.
5. Draw of lots will start as per schedule and all candidates as per list will be eligible irrespective of the presence or absence of the parents.
