MODE OF DISTRIBUTION AND RECEIPT OF FORMS

Self attested copies of the following documents to be submitted along with the form:
- Proof of Date of Birth of the child
- Aadhaar Card of the child
- Aadhaar Card and Identity Proof of both the parents
- Proof of residential address (as per norms of Delhi Directorate of Education)
- One photograph (each) of the child and both the parents
- School Leaving Certificate of either of the parents for alumni seats. (Alumni is one who
has passed AISSCE conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education from the school
as a bonafide student)
- Report Card of the elder child for sibling seats
- Inoculation (Vaccination) & Medical fitness certificate of the applicant issued by a
registered doctor.
- Please submit the documentary proof of the following, if applicable.
• Report card of the elder child, issued by this school for sibling consideration.
• Incase of Single Parent, please provide relevant documents.

- Cash/D.D. of Rs. 25/- as Registration Fee
Note : i) The points will be allocated as per criteria based on the documentary evidences attached with the
registration form.
ii) Incomplete application will be rejected without any communication.
SELECTION PROCESS
Candidates will be selected after allocation of marks as per the criteria mentioned above. A draw of lots would
be conducted if there are more candidates (with same marks) than the maximum number of seats available for
the category.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE FORM
1. This is an electronic registration form. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form
to avoid rejection.
2. Please fill in each entry of the form and write N/A for those entries, which are not applicable to you.
Please do not leave any entry blank.
3. After completing the registration form, click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button to register it.
4. A temporary registration number will be generated with a print button. Please take a print out of
the filled form.
5. A printed copy of the form (along with the requisite documents) must be submitted at the school on
any working day from 15th December, 2018 to 7th January, 2019 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
along with the CASH/ DEMAND DRAFT (registration fee) of Rs. 25/- in favour of ‘INDRAPRASTHA
WORLD SCHOOL, PASCHIM VIHAR’ payable at New Delhi and the required documents.
6. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill in more than one form for one child.
Please note that due to limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those
who apply.

Information regarding Selection criteria ( Open Seats)

1. Neighbourhood - Localities and areas will be considered on the basis of aerial distance.
2. Siblings - Only real brother or sister of existing students of the school (VGS) will be considered. No extra points for girl child will be given in case of sibling. 
3. First Child:- Affidavit duly signed by both the parents (Affidavit to be submitted at the time admission only, in case the child is selected).

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR OPEN SEATS

(ii)	In case of unfilled vacancies after accommodating all candidates with 100 points, the vacant seats will be  filled by the next highest point scorer  and so on.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION 

It would be preferable that the online form be filled. 
You are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms.

1. Please read this page completely and understand it before filling the Registration Form.
2. The admission process would be as per the guidelines issued by the Department of Education from time to time. (Please refer to the disclaimer).
3. Total number of seats in Pre School 194. [General category-107, EWS/DG – 48, Management Quota-39].
4. The minimum age required for registration is 3 years  and the maximum is less than 4 years as on 31st March, 2019. (Children born between 01.4.2015 to 31.3.2016 -both dated inclusive, are eligible for admission in Pre-School).
5. Registration forms will be available online from Dec 15, 2018 onwards till Jan 07, 2019. Submit the details online and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- as instructed. You will receive an acknowledgement mail with registration number and online payment details.
6. Registration forms can also be collected from the School Gate & submitted to school w.e.f. December 17,2018 till Jan 07, 2019 between 9 am to 12 noon, except for Second Saturdays and holidays.
7. No supporting documents are to be submitted along with the Registration Form as the same are to submitted at the time of verification only in case the child is selected.
8. Verification of original documents supporting the information given in the registration form will be done only for applicants whose names would appear in the first or the second list, to be displayed on Feb 04, 2019 and Feb 21, 2019 (if required, in case seats are not filled by first the draw).

1. 1. Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
   2. Fee Receipt or Student’s identity Card in case of siblings (real).
   3. Affidavit for First born child by the Parents.
   4. Address proof (any one as allowed by the DOE) from the listed documents.
      1. Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father) with the name of the child.
      2. Domicile certificate of the child or of his/her parents.
      3. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
      4. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or the child.
      5. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
   5. Any other, as allowed by the DOE.

@Ankush: Please read #7 & #8 above

1. No supporting documents are to be submitted along with the Registration Form as the same are to submitted at the time of verification only in case the child is selected.
