  Admission Open for Class Pre-School (2019-20)

Application Forms are available online Only.
Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Application Form. It will be activated on 15^th December, 2018 at 11.00 AM until 12.00 noon on 7^th January, 2019.

  Online Registration Process

✽ Read the instructions carefully.
✽ Online Application Form will be available on the Vidyalaya's website: www.spvdelhi.org.
✽ Fill the form and submit. It will be Registered after an online payment of Rs. 25.
✽ You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of filled Application Form. This will complete the registration process.
✽ Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for verification of documents.
✽ If the name is in the shortlist you will be required to visit the school for verification of documents on the given date and time.
✽ For any technical assistance required during filling of the form, email at adm.query@spvdelhi.org with your details and phone number.

  General Instructions

✽ Registration for admission to Pre-School will be done for children born between 1^st April, 2014 and 31^st March, 2015.
✽ Please note that registration of the Application Form does not entitle or guarantee admission to an applicant.
✽ Since there are limited seats available, all applicants cannot be accommodated. Only parents of short listed applicants will be called to verify the claims made in the admission form.
✽ At the time of verification applicants will be required to bring original documents for verification and self attested photocopies for submission.
✽ After verification of documents, the applicants will be further short listed based on points acquired in criteria post verification of documents, and offered admission in order of merit. In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.
✽ No telephonic or personal inquiries will be entertained regarding the status of any application.
✽ Sardar Patel Vidyalaya is a Co- Educational Institution and, as a part of its philosophy, shall endeavour to maintain gender parity.
✽ Admission will be valid only if the applicable fees and charges are paid in full by the prescribed date, together with necessary documents/certificates and on completion of all other required formalities.
✽ Offer of admission does not mean an automatic allocation / availability of seat in the School Bus. Bus facility is subject to availability. Requests for relocation of a Bus Stop or extension/diversion of the bus route will NOT be entertained.
✽ Every year, the Vidyalaya receives more applications than the number of seats available. Therefore, if an applicant is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his/her calibre.
✽ In any matter regarding admission, its process or the formalities, the decision of the Vidyalaya will be final.
✽ The total number of seats available for Pre-school for the academic year 2019-20 is 100.

  Important Dates To Remember

✽ Dates / Appointment schedule for verification of Claims / Admission notice list will be provided only on the Vidyalaya’s website and the notice board within the Vidyalaya premises. Please note that NO OTHER communication in the form of a letter, e-mail, SMS or telephonic Call will be used for intimation to any individuals.

✽ The Application Form for admission, duly completed, must be submitted online as per the given schedule. Other important dates to remember are mentioned below:

Pre- school Admission Application Form will be available from	11.00 AM on 15th December, 2018 to 12:00 Noon on 7th January , 2019
Registration of the Application Form	Online payment done immediately after filling the Form.
Information regarding registered applicants under open seats will be uploaded on SPV website on	8th January, 2019 by 4.00 PM
Verification of documents/ claims of the applicants shortlisted for consideration will be done as per appointment schedule from	10th January, 2019 to 23rd January, 2019
First list for Pre- school admission will be published on the official website of the Vidyalaya and displayed on Vidyalaya’s Notice Board on	4th February, 2019 by 4.00 PM
Second list for Pre- school admission,if any, will be published on the official website of the Vidyalaya and Vidyalaya’s Notice Board on	21st February, 2019 by 4.00 PM
Admission will be closed for Pre- school for the Academic Year 2019-20	31th March, 2019

  Application Process

Consists of the following Stages:

Stage 1: Filling-up Registration of Application Form online

✽After clicking on "Submit Form" Button, applicants have to pay Registration Fee an amount of Rs. 25. After that system will generate a Recipt along with Registration Form and will email the same to you.

Stage 2: Verification Process.
List of documents to be submitted at the time of verification.

✽ For Neighbourhood Criteria  : Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following two groups (Only one address proof required in the case of Single Parents)

Group I : Passport/Voter ID (one document from this group - as proof of identity)
Group II : Currently active utility bill for the three months or a current bank statement giving address. (One document for this group - as proof of residence)

✽ In case an Alumnus, Board Mark sheet of class X/XII and proof of having studied in the Vidyalaya for a minimum of four years is required.
✽ Proof in support of claim made for Gujarati and/or Sibling or 'Inclusive Education' category.
✽ Proof / supporting documents for any other claim(s) made in the Application Form. Kindly bring the original documents for verification and self-attested photocopies duly for submission.
✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction. For this, a specific date and time will be given to each applicant and no documents will be accepted by the Office /Staff after the appointed date and time.
✽ All claims including claims for Gujarati category and Residential Address are subject to independent verification.
✽ Claims of ‘First Born’ must be supported by an affidavit signed by both the parents and attested by a 1^st class Magistrate.

Stage 4: Admission Process.
After verification, a final list of applicants who will be offered admission, will be displayed on SPV website and the School Notice Board.

✽ Fees and other Charges should be deposited at the Extension Counter of the Bank of Baroda in the Vidyalaya in cash or by Demand Draft payable to Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, New Delhi.
✽ Parents would be required to open a "FEE ACCOUNT" at the Extension Counter of the Bank in the premises of the Vidyalaya to facilitate transfer of Fees and Charges.
✽ The Vidyalaya reserves the right to revise the FEES AND OTHER CHARGES.

  Instructions for filling the form

✽ Read all instructions carefully before filling the form.
✽ Incomplete/ incorrectly filled forms are liable to be rejected.
✽ Road distance from residence calculated as per Google Map to be entered.
✽ There are fields available as text fields, check boxes and drop down. In these fields, Please select the option as applicable to you.
✽ There are fields available as check boxes. In these fields, please place a tick mark against the option applicable to you.
✽ After, Filling the form, you are advised to go through the details once again and if all details are correctly filled, press the "Submit Form" button. If you wish to erase old information, click on the data and retype / reselect the correct information.
✽ Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you cannot make any changes to it.
✽ Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.
✽ After reading the procedure on this pages, Click on "I Accept" button to view the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
✽ Fill the form with required information. At the end of the form, there is a "Submit Form" button. Click on the button once only. It takes time for the computer to process the information. On pressing "Submit Form", the information you have provided shall be taken into the system. If any information is not provided by you, the system shall return the form to you, prompting you to fill in the same.

No. They don't have and do not post in public domain even if they have vacancy.

Hi 

Is anyone replying to Springdales Kirti nagar from Subhash Nagar area. I have a query. In their Specified area list, they have mentioned Rajouri Garden and tagore garden. They have not mentioned Subhash Nagar. However, as per the address on Adhaar card, Subhash Nagar comes under the Tagore garden PO. 

Can we choose that the applicant belongs to the specified area list in such case? 

We have sent a query to Springdales school also but would like to hear from parents as well.
