(1) Registration Online Registration Forms are available for open seats (Pre School) at the Web Site www.hrssss.co.in which will be submitted along with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee of Rs. 25/-. 3. Age Criteria

Minimum Age:

03 (Three) Years by 31st March, 2020 (As per DOE Order No. F./DE/15/1031/ACT/2007 dated 24/11/2007)

Maximum Age:

Less than 04 (Four) Years as on 31st March, 2020 (Vide Order dated 18/12/2015)

Further the age relaxation of upto 30 days may be granted by the school Principal in the maximum as well as minimum age limit for admission at Entry Level Class i.e. Nursery provided that the parents seeking age relaxation in respect of their ward approach the school principal for seeking the exemption through manual application for consideration well before the declaration of the First List.

4. Registration

5. Important:

• Rs 25/ is to be paid for the Registration Form.

6. Essential Documents Required

The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with a set of SELF ATTESTED photocopies listed below as and when required by the school. Kindly note the documents at Sr. No. i & ii are, essentially, required to be attached along with the Registration Form while submitting the same at the School Reception. The documents at Sr. No. iii, iv, v & vi are also required to be attached if applicable.

i	FOR ALL APPLICANTS Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation with the NAME of the child mentioned on the certificate.
ii	FOR ALL APPLICANTS Proof of residence (Minimum 2 out of the following)M/br> Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child.) Domicile certificate of child or his / her parents. Voter Identity Card /EPIC of any of the parents. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child. Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card in the name of any of the parents.
iii	FOR SIBLING - A copy of the Fee Bill issued by the school office for the Academic Session 2020-2021.
iv	FOR ALUMNI (A copy of the Mark Sheet of class VIII prior to 2006 and thereafter Class X / XII Certificate – David Model Senior Secondary School, Main Road Tukmirpur, Delhi )
v	FOR SINGLE PARENT - Relevant legal documents

• • Admission to the school is subject to verification of the documents listed above, and submission of a letter of undertaking, self-attested by both the parents in front of the verification team. The undertaking should clearly certify that the information given is correct and the documents submitted are true copies of the original.

• This undertaking will also imply that the parents accept the decision of the school to cancel the registration / admission as final and binding, if at any given time any information or document submitted is found to be wrong/fake/untrue.

7. Steps involved in the Admission Process for GENERAL CATEGORY

STEP	DESCRIPTION
i	At the first instance, the names of the ‘SHORT-LISTED’ applicants who have higher value points/ above the cut-off i.e. above the points of other applicants will be put up. The ‘GENERAL Category LIST FOR DRAW OF LOTS’ (for applicants with same value points in a tie for remaining seats) will also be put up. NOTE: Criteria for Twins: In the case of twins, if one is selected the other twin will get sibling points. In a situation of draw of lots, the names of both will be considered in a single chit. Either both will be selected or both will not be considered for admission.
ii	The details and schedule of the ‘GENERAL CATEGORY DRAW OF LOTS’ will be available on the school website. The draw will be held using a random method, in complete transparency.
iii	The verification process of the documents will be held in the School as and when intimated by the respective admission team of the School for the applicants, whose points are within the zone of consideration. Please note, both parents have to be present to submit self-attested copies of the above listed documents and to sign the letter of undertaking in the presence of the verification team.
iv	FIRST LIST – The First List of PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CHILDREN & WAITLISTED CHILDREN will be displayed on the school Notice Board for further completion of formalities i.e. filling up of the Admission Form, submission of true copies, verification of Original Certificates and fee deposit.
v	SECOND LIST – After assessing the vacancies, the Second List (if any) of PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CHILDREN will be declared as per schedule. Accordingly, the positions of the waitlisted children under the GENERAL CATEGORY LIST will move up. In case of any further vacancies the 3rd, 4th, 5th lists will be declared.
vi	All admissions will close on 16th March 2020.

All areas shown from 0 – 15 KM AERIAL radii of the school on Google map will apply for applicants under the General Category. If you are a resident of an area lying within 15 KM radii and it is not shown in Google map, please mention the nearest area shown on the map. Please note that the area should lie within the aerial radii of 15 KM.
