ADMISSION CRITERIA

Allocation of Points on the Basis of Criteria:-
Age Eligibility:

Child should be less than 04 years as on 31st March 2024 but should have completed 3 years. However, age relaxation up to 30 days may be granted in minimum as well as maximum age limit in this class as per Circular No. (F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/8873-8882) dated 18th October 2023. Parents seeking age relaxation must also submit an application with addressing Principal at the school reception for seeking this relaxation with Registration Form before 15.12.2023 (Friday).

Printout of the online filled form should be submitted along with required (Self attested) documents in school before the last date of Registration i.e. 15.12.2023

Pay Registration fee of Rs. 25/- online for completion of the registration.
The form shall be considered for Admission, only after the successful payment of the Registration Fee.
Registration will be done ONLINE through our website www.mdhinternationalschool.co.in
Kindly recheck all the details carefully before submission of the form. No kind of rectifications will be made after the application form is submitted.
School shall not be held responsible for the non-receipt of confirmation sent by post. Incomplete or incorrect applications shall be rejected.
Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to cancellation of registration.
Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents submitted/uploaded with the form.
Registration will be cancelled if the documents supplied by parent at the time of filling of form are found incorrect or false.

Self-attested scanned copies of the following documents to be submitted along with the Form otherwise the Registration Form will be rejected without giving any notice (scanned copy-Limit size- 2MB per document)

Passport size photograph (Child, Father & Mother each) with 80% face coverage in jpg/jpeg (Limit size 20kb) format only.
Attach Google map for calculation of distance from school (aerial distance). For Example. Click here
Age proof: - Scanned copy of Birth Certificate of the Applicant issued by Municipal Corporation.
Address Proof (submit any one of the following):

Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in Ration card.
Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
Voter I Card of any of the parents.
Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill. >
Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.
Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

For sibling, attach photocopy of latest paid fee bill (October to December 2023) . Cousins and relatives are not considered as siblings.
Caste certificate issued by SDM is required in case of SC/ST/OBC/Other, applicant and the parent.
Medical certificate issued by Govt. Hospital is required in case of child with special needs/disabilities.

No interview with parent / child.

No weightage for parent's educational qualification, occupation or financial status.

AGE ELIGIBILITY AS ON MARCH 31, 2024:- ( as per Government guidelines)

There will be a draw of lots to select candidates from the General Category.
In the sibling and alumni categories, if there are more applicants than the number of seats available, the candidates will be selected through draw of lots in their respective categories.
No applicant will appear in more than one draw of lots.
In case of twins, if one of them is selected through draw of lots, the other applicant is also considered selected.
Details of the timings and dates for the draw of lots, will be announced at the school's website (www.rsjms.com ) and eligible applicants will be welcome to be present, if they wish. It will not be possible for the school to accommodate every parent at the venue of the lottery. The actual conduct of draw of lots will be recorded on video.
The schedule to be followed will be in accordance with the guidelines of the Government.

AVAILABILITY AND SUBMISSION OF FORMS

For admission to classes at the entry level (Pre-School/Pre-Primary/ Class I), the Registration Form will be uploaded on the school website (www.rsjms.com) on Thursday, 23rd November, 2023
The Form can be filled and submitted online only till Friday, 15th December, 2023.
Payment of Registration Fee (Rs. 25/-) must be made online after all relevant documents have been attached at the time of submission of the form.
The documents should be properly scanned and uploaded in appropriate format (JPEG/Pdf) only.
An incomplete form with unfilled mandatory fields or absence of relevant documents, will be REJECTED and REGISTRATION CANCELLED.
After submission of duly filled application form, a receipt with a unique Registration Number will be generated for the applicant, which can be downloaded by the parent and saved for record.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM:

Self-attested photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
In case of parent/s being alumni, duly signed certificate from the Principal, Modern School, Barakhamba Road/Principal, Modern School, Vasant Vihar.
[Definition of Alumni (Modernite):
a) One who has passed the Board Examination class X and class XII and remained on the rolls of Modern School continuously for not less than 4 years.
b) One who has been on the rolls of Modern School continuously for not less than 8 years.]
In case of a sibling applicant, a duly signed certificate from the school office of RSJMS and Modern School Barakhamba Road.

- Admission process will be completed by Friday, 8th March, 2024.

All the above is subject to any change necessitated by the Government or Court Order.

The admission process for EWS/DG category candidates/Children with Disability as defined in RPWD Act, 2016 (under section 12(i)(c) of RTE Act, 2009) shall be carried out as per the guidelines issued by the Government.
