- For Admission formalities of candidates whose name appears in the first list of selected candidates, please visit the school from 17/01/2025 to 14/03/2025 between 09:00 am to 01:00 pm. Fees can be paid via Paytm, UPI, NEFT or through cheque /Demand Draft (in favour of Ambience Public School)
- Kindly come with the following documents:
- Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (Original Certificate will be submitted to the school)
- Aadhar Card: Of the child and parent(s) as per the new CBSE norms
- Proof of residence: Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Electricity Bill/ MTNL Bill / Water Bill / Electoral Card / Aadhaar Card or UID issued in the name of any one of the parents
- In case of Sibling – Fee bill/ receipt of the sibling studying in Ambience Public School
- Alumni – School Leaving Certificate of the Alumni.
- 2 photographs of the child and two each of the parents (passport size)
- Medical Fitness Certificate and vaccination Certificate.
- Withdrawal Policy:
- In case a child is withdrawn after admission, the fee will be refunded after deducting admission charges and 1 month’s tuition fee in lieu of one month’s notice. The refund cheque will be made after 15 days
