Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Total Seats are : 40 : Open Seats are 32 ( Normally 20 seats for male and 20 seats for female),
Age: The child should be less than 4 years as on 31st March,2025.
No reservation for EWS category as per the decision of the Honorable High Court of Delhi on Minority Institution.
Only Practicing Roman Catholic candidates registered under Prasad Nagar Parish Zone and the regular confirmed staff ward of St. Michael’s Sr. Sec. School, 3, Pusa Road, will have First preference in admission. Next preference will be given to other Practicing Christian denomination candidates within 0 to 5 km distance from the school. For all Christian denominations including Catholics both the Parents should be practicing Christians to avail the points under Christian category. The remaining seats will be allotted for the general category. The following points system is used for the selection.
1. Practicing Christian Minority - 40 Points(residing within 0 to 5 Km from the school)
2. Neighborhood policy - 30 Points (All Distance by road from the school)
  (upto 5 Km - 30 Points) (Above 5 Km till 8 Km — 25 Points) (Beyond 8Km - 20 Points)
3. Alumini - 20 Points
4. Sibling - 10 Points
Short — listing will be done according to the above mentioned point system. There will be No Test or Interview of the Candidates.Both the Parents of the short listed candidates will be called for a limited interaction to verify the documents. Catholic and Christian Parents are expected to know basic Catechism to prove that they are practicing Christians.
List of the selected candidates will be displayed only on the School website on 17/01/2025.
School will not provide any transport facility to the students, it is the responsibility of the Parents to arrange safe transport facility to their ward.
Every year to meet the standard establishment cost, the school fees may go upto 10 to 15%.
Incomplete and erroneous/false information shall lead to automatic cancellation without intimation to the Parents and the school may take legal action and will not compromise with such applicants.
Admission related disputes if any will be settled only within the jurisdiction of Delhi. School doesn't entertain any mediators/agents making false promises for admission. The School management will not be held responsible for any such dealings. If anything of such sought happens/become aware or it then,kindly report the matter to the Principal(Ph. 8826855133, 011-25712106)
Hard copy of the on-line filled in Application Form along with self attested Photocopies of the following relevant documents to be dropped in the Drop Box available at the school Gate from 15th December to 20th December, 2024.
1. Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Local self Government. (Apart from Birth Certificate a copy of Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest is must for Christian Candidates)
2. Proof of Residence (Aadhar Card/Voter Id/Passport/ Driving license)
3. Proof for Sibling (Front and Back side of Sibling Student ID card)
4. Proof for Alumni (Certificate issued from the School / Board of Class X & XII) and a letter from Delhi Old Michaelite Association (DOMA) (Contact person Mr. Vikas Gupta - Ph: 9871907687).
5. Aadhar Card copy of the child – Compulsory

ADMISSION CRITERIA for Pre-School Registration- 2025-26

Allotment of seats for admission to Pre-School for the Session 2025-26:

Except for EWS/DG, Staff wards and Management discretion seats, balance seats shall be allotted equitably between boys and girls.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION 2025-26: -

Age Criteria: Children born between 01.04.2021 and 31.03.2022 will be eligible for admission to Pre-School.

Please visit the school website before filling up the form to get detailed information about the school.
An incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.
No Prospectus to be sold. Only Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged and payment mode is ONLINE only.
Please retain the transaction ID and copy of the form received.
Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to the cancellation of registration.
Only the printout submitted in the dropbox at school gate no.1 will be considered for admission. Please drop the printout of the final successful registration form along with the google map displaying the aerial distance from the school as proof of distance.
Google map will be used to calculate the aerial distance from school gate no.1 to your residence.
Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on submit as no corrections will be allowed after submission. Any discrepancy in the distance will lead to cancellation of the form.
Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents. A list of the provisionally shortlisted candidates along with the first waiting list will be put up on the school notice board and website on January 17, 2025.
If the address/DOB or any other detail supplied by the parent is found to be incorrect, registration will be cancelled with immediate effect.

Valid Residential Proof-

Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father) having the name of the Child.
Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
Voter I Card (EPIC) of the parent. Address should be same in VoterCards of both the parents.
Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill/ Passport in the name of the parents or child.
Aadhar Card/Unique Identity Card in the name of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India. Address should be same in all the aadhar cards.

Note: Rent deed will not be deemed as valid proof for residence.

There will be no interaction with the parent/child.

PLEASE NOTE:

All applicants falling under the criteria of age relaxation bracket up to 30 days for the minimum & upper age limit are requested to contact the Admission In charge physically with an application between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on all working days.
DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the child: It must have the name of the child and the parents as submitted in the registration form.
Please retain the copy of the receipt through the mail for further correspondence.
At the time of admission/verification of documents:

All the fields marked with a star (*) are mandatory.

Please retain the transaction ID and copy of the form received.

Distance shall be measured from the school’s main gate no. 1 to your residence address using google maps aerial distance.

Any discrepancy in the distance shall lead to the cancellation of the application form/admission

While filling the online form:

The photograph must be in a dark background colour.
Please ensure that the RECENT passport-sized photograph of your ward is uploaded. (not more than 1 month old)
The maximum size of the file should be 40 KB.
The file should be named as REGISTRATION NUMBER.JPG. For example- 220220001.jpg

Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on submit as no corrections will be allowed after submission.

In case of any error in the form follow the steps as given below:

Fill a new form by making a fresh payment.
New registration number will be generated.
To delete the old registration number parents must inform the school through email – (bbpsdw.admission.2025@gmail.com ). Otherwise, it will be treated as a duplicate entry and will lead to cancellation.

For ALUMNI Category – The parent of the applicant must have passed X/XII board from Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka.

In case of single-parent provide the details of Father or Mother as per applicable.
