For Pre School ( Nursery ) Less than 04 years as on 31 st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
For Pre-Primary ( UKG ) Less than 05 years as on 31 st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
For Grade 1 Less than 06 years as on 31 st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CLASSES (UKG to IX )

  • 1.Registration form to be filled.
  • 2.Entrance Exam or Interaction of student will be conducted online for classes UKG to VII.
  • 3.Entrance Exam or Interaction of student will be conducted offline for classes VIII & IX Interaction of parents of selected students will be conducted offline .
  • After declaration of Result , Admission form is to be filled up and fee is required to be paid at the counter.

  • Aadhar card copy of child.
  • Self -attested copy of proof of residential address (valid proof of Address are Ration card/ Domicile Certificate/ Voter I card/ Electricity Bill/MTNL Bill/Water Slip Payment/Aadhar Card/UID Card).
  • In case of sibling , School I D Card of sibling studying in the school is mandatory . In case of Alumni , Copy of the Marksheet is mandatory .

  • Please read this page completely and understand it before clicking the button at the bottom of the page which will take you to the registration form.
  • Registration forms for children born between 1st April, 2021 and 31st March, 2022 can be filled in Online ONLY for academic session 2025-2026.
  • Completed registration form needs to be submitted latest by 1600 hours on Friday, 20th December 2024.
  • Total number of seats available is 112. [Open seats – 62, Seats under the Disadvantaged groups and Weaker sections - 28 (25% of total seats), Management seats - 22 (20% of total seats)]
  • The Shri Ram School has a split campus. The Junior School is in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi and the Senior School is in DLF Phase III, Gurugram.
  • The Shri Ram School offers ISC/ICSE, CAIE & IB Diploma Programme.

Important :

The online registration form will be available from Thursday, 28th November, 2024 to Friday, 20th December, 2024. The last date for receiving all forms is Friday, 20th December 2024 by 1600 hours.
The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process. The criteria for admission is as follows:

Guidelines for filling Online Forms
  • This is an electronic registration form for Pravesh Vatika (Nursery). Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
  • Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence. (Please have a pen and paper ready with you as you fill the form)
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
  • All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  • First letter of the name should be capital and rest in small letters.
  • Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered.
  • When a user selects values in some list box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing process is completed, the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
  • Please note that when you have slow internet connection, the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time, please be patient.
  • The areas/localities/colonies within range for criteria of selection are built in to the system. If you do not find your locality, you may choose the 'Others' category. You will then be able to enter details and the distance from the school campus.
  • An application for admission for a child with disability may be submitted under the general category or the disadvantaged and weaker section. If an application is submitted under the general category, then the procedure laid out for admission for the general category will be applicable. However, if an application is submitted under the disadvantaged group and weaker section, then the procedure laid out for the admission for the disadvantaged group and weaker section will be applicable.
  • In case of twins, both the children will be eligible for securing points for the ‘first born’ criteria.
  • Please have a soft copy (jpeg, jpg or png file; image dimension should follow the following specification - maximum height 430 pixel or 4.47 Inches and width 350 pixel or 3.64 Inches) of a recent photograph of the child and parents, ready to be attached while filling up the form.

Please Note: -
  • School timings for students of Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) for academic session 2025-26 are 0825 hours to 1330 hours.
  • School does not offer transport facility to the students of Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) and Upvan (Kindergarten).
Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]: Photocopy of the documents to be carried along with originals at the time of the fee submission.
  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
  • Proof of residential address
    i. Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
    ii. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
    iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
    iv. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
    v. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
    Note: School will also verify the residential address through home visits.
  • In case of sibling applicants: the identity card/admission no of sibling studying in The Shri Ram School whether at the Junior School i.e. Vasant Vihar, the Senior School i.e. DLF Phase III, Moulsari Campus.
  • For proof of first born child: affidavit affirming that the child seeking admission is the first born child.

  • In case of ward of Alumni of The Shri Ram School : Migration Certificate of the alumni parent and Membership number.
  • In case of ward of staff of The Shri Ram School : Employee number of staff/ I-card.
  • In case of twins, if one of the twins is shortlisted in the draw of lots then only will the other be considered under sibling category and not during the submission of the form.
  • Medical Certificate from government hospital or a report of diagnosis from a recognized hospital. (In case of Special Need or/disability)
For Economically Weaker Section/Disadvantaged Group category, forms will be filled online through the link provided on the website of the Directorate of Education (www.edudel.nic.in).

Note:

  • If applications are more than number of seats available in each category, Admission shall be done only by draw of lots/lottery. There will be no screening, written test, interview or profiling of child/parents.
  • Verification of documents will be conducted at the time of depositing the fee.

On filling in the application form once you submit, an OTP shall be sent to your registered email id to proceed further.

Registration Process

•  The form can be filled online with the payment of Rs.25/- as registration charges.
•  Kindly ensure that receipt & acknowledgement of the registration form is generated and saved after the fee is paid.
• Incomplete registration form will be rejected.

List of Documents to be enclosed with the Registration Form

•  Recent coloured passport size photograph of the Child, Mother and Father duly pasted on the form in the space provided.
•  Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
•  Self Attested Residence Proof and photo ID of the Parent(Voter Identity card/Ration Card /Aadhar Card/Passport/MTNL/Telephone/Water Bill/ Domicile Certificate)
•  Self Attested copy of Aadhar Card of the child & his/her Parents.
• Self attested copy of I Card or latest Fee Receipt of MAPS Sibling/12th Class Marksheet in case of MAPS Alumni.

Instructions for filling up the Registration Form

•  Parents should read the instruction carefully before filling in the Registration Form to avoid rejection
•  Parent should fill in each entry of the form and should write NA for entries, which are not applicable. Kindly do not leave any entry blank.
•  Incomplete form will not be accepted. No amendment in the entries in Registration Form will be accepted after its submission..
•  Please enclose the required Attested / Self Attested documents along with the Registration Form as per the mentioned list. Tick the enclosed document in the list and fill the total number of enclosed documents.

Registration and Admission

  • A child should be 3yrs. and above on 1st of April in the year of admission to the Senior Nursery (L.K.G).
  • However there is a play group of 2.5yrs who are taken into the pre-nursery class.
  • A child should be 4yrs. old 1st April of the year of admission to the Prep class (U.K.G.)
  • Those seeking admission in the school must produce the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
  • Children who have attended other schools cannot be enrolled until a Transfer Certificate is produced from the former school.
  • Names of those seeking admission in the school are registered once they complete the Registration formalities.

Withdrawls

In case of withdrawl the performa of the same given in the almanac needs to be completed and handed over to the school authorities. One month's notice must be given or one month's fees will be payable to cover the notice period. Children who leave in May must in all cases pay the fees for June.

The Managing Committee of the school hereby approves the following criteria and schedule for the admission to Pre School for the Academic Session 2025-26. The Criteria for admission is fair & reasonable.

 

Total No. of Seats :-  400

 

Children born between 01.04.2021 & 31.03.2022 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for admission to Pre School.

 

The proposed criteria for admission for Pre School (2025-26) is as follows:

 

  1. Points will be allocated to the applicants on the basis of the following criteria:

  • The admission criteria is to be put up on the website and sent to the DOE by 25.11.2024.
  • Except for EWS, Staff wards & Management Discretion seats, the balance seats shall be allotted equitably between Boys and Girls.
  • There will be no interaction with parent/child.
  • No prospectus to be sold. Only Registration Fee of 25/- will be charged.
  • No weightage will be given to parent’s educational qualification, occupation or financial status.
  • Distribution /Receipt of forms will start from 28.11.2024 to 20.12.2024.
  • First list of provisionally selected candidates along with waiting list will be displayed at 5.00 p.m. on 17.01.2025.
  • Queries of parents related to points allotted, if any, will be resolved through mail on 18.01.2025 to 27.01.2025
  • Second list of candidates (if any) will be displayed on 03.02.2025.
  • Queries of parents, if any, will be resolved through email between 05.02.2025 to 11.02.2025.
  • Admission process will be over in all respects by 14.03.2025
  • Application to the Category A has to be filled on the website edudel.nic.in only.
  • Pre School classes will be held in the Maulana Azad Campus.
  • Alumni must be a pass out of class XII from Pitampura unit.

 

For admission to EWS and Disadvantaged Categories, rules framed by DOE will be followed.

INSTRUCTIONS 2025-26

 

  • Age of the child as on 31.3.2025 should be 3+ years (i.e. born between 01.04.2021 and 31.03.2022)
  • Please visit the school website before filling up the form for a detailed information about the school.
All the parents are requested to fill the Pre School Admission form from the school website only at https://bbpspp.balbharati.org

 

  • Incomplete or incorrect application shall be rejected.
  • All the fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled.
  • The spellings of the names of the child and parents must be same as printed in AADHAR card. 
  • The payment mode is ONLINE only.
  • Please retain the Transaction Id, Receipt and the Copy of the form for any further correspondence.
  • Children residing beyond 8 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled after considering all the students within 8 kms.
  • The distance shall be measured from the school’s main gate no. 1 to your residence address using google maps aerial distance. (Sample attached). Any discrepancy in the distance shall lead to cancellation of the application form/admission.
  • Please note that the Pre School classes shall be conducted during the session in the Nursery school building located in Maulana Azad Society. The children shall move to the main campus in Pre Primary.
  • Any of the following documents listed below can be furnished as proof of residence. Please note that the residence address should be same as in the documents mentioned here under. Either of the documents MUST be available with the parent at the time of verification of documents, for admission purpose.

 

  1. Aadhaar Card / UID Card in the name of parents and child *
  2. Voter I-Card in the name of any of the parents *
  3. Passport in the name of any of the parents and child

 

NOTE- ( * )

At the time of admission/verification of documents,

  1. The Aadhar Card/ UID card of parents and the child should be on the same address.
  2. The Voter I-Card of both the parents must contain the same address.
  • No documents or hard copy of the form is required to be submitted in the school after filling the online form.

 

  • While filling the online form
    1. The photograph must be in a blue/red background colour. Please ensure that the RECENT passport sized photograph of your ward is uploaded.  
    1. The maximum size of the file should be of 500 KB and should be in jpg format .

 

  • Please retain the copy of the form received through the mail for further correspondence. Also keep a printout of the form and receipt for further correspondence.

 

  • NO EDITING IS POSSIBLE in the FORM after submission.

 

  • In case of any error in the form, follow the steps as given below:
    1. Fill a NEW FORM by making a fresh payment. 
    2. A new registration number will be generated.
    3. In order to delete the old registration number, follow the step number 4
    4. Kindly click on the https://forms.gle/VF6qscSqnvJUhf3c8 link and fill the necessary details (for deletion of old registration).
    5. It is mandatory to fill the deletion form (mention in step 4).
    6. Otherwise it will be treated as duplicate and will lead to cancellation.

 

  • DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the child: It must have the name of the child and the parents as submitted in the registration form.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION 2025-26: -

  • Please visit the school website before filling up the form to get detailed information about the school.
  • An incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.
  • No Prospectus to be sold. Only Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged and payment mode is ONLINE only.
  • Please retain the transaction ID and copy of the form received.
  • Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to the cancellation of registration.
  • Only the printout submitted in the dropbox at school gate no.1 will be considered for admission. Please drop the printout of the final successful registration form along with the google map displaying the aerial distance from the school as proof of distance.
  • Google map will be used to calculate the aerial distance from school gate no.1 to your residence.
  • Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on submit as no corrections will be allowed after submission. Any discrepancy in the distance will lead to cancellation of the form.
  • Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents. A list of the provisionally shortlisted candidates along with the first waiting list will be put up on the school notice board and website on January 17, 2025.
  • If the address/DOB or any other detail supplied by the parent is found to be incorrect, registration will be cancelled with immediate effect.

Valid Residential Proof-

  1. Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father) having the name of the Child.
  2. Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
  3. Voter I Card (EPIC) of the parent. Address should be same in VoterCards of both the parents.
  4. Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill/ Passport in the name of the parents or child.
  5. Aadhar Card/Unique Identity Card in the name of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India. Address should be same in all the aadhar cards.

Note: Rent deed will not be deemed as valid proof for residence.

 

  • There will be no interaction with the parent/child.

  • There will be no weightage for parents' educational qualifications, occupations or financial status .

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. All applicants falling under the criteria of age relaxation bracket up to 30 days for the minimum & upper age limit are requested to contact the Admission In charge physically with an application between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on all working days.
  2. DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the child: It must have the name of the child and the parents as submitted in the registration form.

All the fields marked with a star (*) are mandatory.

Please retain the transaction ID and copy of the form received.

Distance shall be measured from the school’s main gate no. 1 to your residence address using google maps aerial distance.

Any discrepancy in the distance shall lead to the cancellation of the application form/admission

While filling the online form:

  1. The photograph must be in a dark background colour.
  2. Please ensure that the RECENT passport-sized photograph of your ward is uploaded. (not more than 1 month old)
  3. The maximum size of the file should be 40 KB.
  4. The file should be named as REGISTRATION NUMBER.JPG. For example- 220220001.jpg

Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on submit as no corrections will be allowed after submission.

In case of any error in the form follow the steps as given below:

  1. Fill a new form by making a fresh payment.
  2. New registration number will be generated.
  3. To delete the old registration number parents must inform the school through email – (bbpsdw.admission.2025@gmail.com ). Otherwise, it will be treated as a duplicate entry and will lead to cancellation.

For ALUMNI Category – The parent of the applicant must have passed X/XII board from Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka.

In case of single-parent provide the details of Father or Mother as per applicable.

Admission process for EWS / Disadvantaged Category /CWSN will be conducted through Department of Education.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
  • The registration link for Pre-School admission 2025-26 will open on the school website with effect from November 28th, 2024 to December 20th, 2024.
  • Please read the instructions carefully, before filling the form to avoid any error
  • Parent will receive a confirmation mail and SMS on the contact details provided
  • Please keep the following documents scanned before you proceed:
    • Decent Passport size photograph of the Child
    • Date of Birth certificate of the Child
  • Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A payment option to pay registration fee of Rs 25/- will appear after the form is submitted. The Registration fee does not guarantee admission.
  • Submit printout of successfully generated registration receipt / form at school gate by December 20th, 2024. No other document needs to be submitted along with the printout.
  • Last date for submission of receipt is December 20th, 2024. Your application will not be processed if it is not received by December 20th, 2024.
  • Incomplete and Incorrect applications will be rejected
  • Do not submit registration receipt more than once as it may lead to cancellation of your registration
  • Admission will be granted subject to the verification of documents only. First List of provisionally selected candidates along with the first waiting list will be put up on school’s website on January 17th, 2025.
  • Refund of fee in case of cancellation / withdrawal of admission.
    Fee shall be refunded as per following norms of Directorate of Education:
    • Immediately after depositing the fees: Except Registration fee, entire fee shall be refunded.
    • Within one month after depositing the full fee for the admission of the child: Except registration fee, admission fee, one month Tuition fee, rest of the fee shall be refunded.
