2. For General Category Candidates

• Registration forms will be available online and the school reception: From Thursday, November 28, 2024 to Friday, December 20, 2024, at http://www.gdgoenkapaschimvihar.com.
• Last date for Registration will be Friday, December 20, 2024 till 3:00 pm.

The following schedule will be observed for admission to Nursery (Pre-School):

1.	Online / offline filling and Submission of Registration Forms	Thursday, November 28, 2024 to Friday, December 20, 2024
2.	Uploading details of all children who apply for admission(under open seats)	Friday, January 3, 2025
3.	Uploading marks (as per point system) given to all the children who applied for admission (under open seats)	Friday, January 10, 2025
4.	The date for displaying  the first list of selected Candidates (including waiting list, along with marks allotted under points system) on the school notice board	Friday, January 17, 2025 (10:00am)
5.	Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/email / verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their ward in the first list till	Saturday, January 18, 2025 to Monday, January 27, 2025
6.	The date for displaying  the second list of selected candidates (if any, including waiting list, along with marks allotted under points system)on the school notice board	Monday, February 3, 2025 (10:00am)
7.	Closure of admission process	Friday, March 14, 2025

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

1. The field marked with (*) are mandatory fields and the form cannot be submitted until these have been duly filled.
2. Applicants must attach the mentioned documents in PDF/ JPEG format (in case of online applications) and self attested photocopies (in case of offline applications).
3. The admission schedule will be strictly followed; hence all deadlines may be noted.
4. ‘Criteria Points’ filled by parents should be accurate; these will be subsequently verified at the school end.
5.  Registration Fee of Rs.25/- must be deposited either online or at the school office.
6. Applicants must necessarily retain printout of the a) Acknowledgement Slip) Payment Receipt which will be required for further procedures.

In case after submission of the form the applicant identifies any error made by him/her, then the school must be approached as any amendment will only be possible at the school end.

Pre-School Registration Form 2025-26

Online Registration for Pre-School (Nursery)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Important: Applicant parents are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms.

1. Online Registration will be done from 28.11.2024 to 20.12.2024 for General Category.
2. Please read this page thoroughly and understand it before filling the Online Registration Form.
3. The Registration Forms of only those children will be considered for admission who have completed minimum 3 years of age and are less than 4 years i.e., child must have born between 01-04-2021 to 31-03-2022. (Both dates are included.)  
4. Submit the details online alongwith Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having registration number and online payment details.
5. It is advisable to submit the hard copy of online registration form in school along with requisite and complete documents by or before 20.12.2024 between 08:45 a.m. to 11.15 a.m.
6. Total number of seats available are 220.
7. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all applicants and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
8. Those who will make the cut off list for the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted documents. Please bring original documents as supporting evidence of the filed-in data on the day of verification.
9. Parents will be solely responsible for the correctness of the information submitted by them online in the registration form.
10. Mere submission of registration form online does not guarantee the admission as admission will be done through points system and draw of lots (if required) as per number of seats available.
11. If the number of applications received for admission to class Pre-School is more than the number of seats available, the seats will be filled through draw of lots.
12. The admission of the child shall be cancelled in case the documents submitted by the applicant at the time of admission are found forged/fake.
13. The Criteria for admission for open seats are as follows:
    1. Distance upto 8 Km from school                                                           50  
    2. Sibling (Real Brother/Sister studying in this school)                          25 
    3. Alumni (Father or Mother Pass-out Class XII from this school)         25
14. Documents to be submitted along with hard copy (printout) of Registration Form:
