REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN PRE SCHOOL
SESSION 2025-26 (GENERAL CATEGORY)
1. Issuance of Registration Forms for Admission in Pre School from 28.11.2024 to 20.12.2024
between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
2. Registration form may also be downloaded from the website of the school
(www.aps.ac.in) and may be submitted (along with the documents & Registration Fee Rs.
25/- in cash) at the Reception Counter (between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon) from 28.11.2024
to 20.12.2024.
3. Last date for submission of Registration form:- 20.12.2024 (upto 1 pm).
4. For admission in Pre School, minimum age of the child should be 3 years complete as on
31.3.2025 and should be less than 4 years, as per instructions issued, by the Directorate of
Education.
5. For distance it is mandatory to submit the coloured printout (A-4 size paper) showing
correct driving distance using Google map (https://maps.google.co.in) from the
residence of the child to the main gate (gate no.1) of the school, otherwise the
registration form will be rejected without giving any further notice.
On the Google Map, name of the child & serial no. of registration form must be
mentioned.
6. Self attested copies of the following documents to be enclosed with the registration form,
otherwise the Registration form will be rejected without giving any notice.
a) Date of Birth Certificate, issued by M.C.D/any other Local Body.
b) Residence Proof (Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Voter I-Card, Passport,
MTNL Bill, Water Bill, Electricity Bill in the name of the father).
c) Coloured (A-4 size) Google Map having driving distance.
d) For Sibling verification provide the ID card & latest fee receipt.
e) For Alumni provide class XII Board certificate.
7. Parents are suggested to keep, photocopy of filled Registration Form, for future reference.

3.Submit Required Documents: Ensure all necessary documents are uploaded as per the guidelines.
4.Attend the Interview: Once your application is reviewed, you will be invited for an interview.

General Norms :
1. Children born between 1
st April 2021 and 31st March 2022 will be eligible for admission to Pre-School
(Nursery) for the session 2025-26.

Note:
A. Registration form will be available on the School website till 20th December 2024, 11:45 p.m.
B. After making the payment. If you are unable to get a payment receipt or a print out of the payment
receipt. You may email us on info@stmartinschooldelhicantt.com , admissions@stmartinschooldelhicantt.com
for furtherassistance.
C. Registration Forms can also be downloaded from school website. Registration will not be complete
without submission of the hard copy of the Registration Form you downloaded from school website in
school along with supporting documents by at least one of the parent. Hard copy of the Form must be
signed by both parents before submission.
3. Photocopies of supporting documents have to be submitted along with hardcopy of the Registration
Form at the time of verification. Original documents will have to be produced for verification at the time
of admission only; if selected.
i. One latest passport sized photograph of the child for all categories (to be pasted on the form).
ii. Self-Attested Copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or
concerned authorities for all categories.
iii. Attested copy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest in case of Catholic and
Christian candidates.
iv. Copy of Aadhaar Card of the candidate (Candidate name on Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card
must be the same) and both the parents for all the categories(mandatory).
v. Residential Proof: Photocopy of any of the following documents of both parents:
Voters I-Card / Aadhaar Card / Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Passport.
In case of Delhi Cantt. Civil Residents, apart from the above mentioned residence proofs, Voter ICard (of the address mentioned in the form, issued atleast three years prior ) for both parentsis mandatory
to be eligible for this category.
vi. In case of serving defence service, the essential documents are required to be submitted.
vii. Sibling Proof: Latest Report Card of the elder sibling studying at SMDS.
viii. Alumni - Class 12 Mark sheet / Pass Certificate issued by school along with copy of the T.C.
ix. Parental Separation - Please attach copies of any court orders etc.
x. In case of SC/ ST / Minority, please attach photocopy of the proof of the candidate’s status.
4. Parents will be intimated of dates to come with original documents and get their
Documents verified, only if necessary.
5. The first list of selected candidates along with the waiting list (if any) will be put up onthe notice board on
17.01.2024. The second list, if any, will be put up on the notice Board on 03.02.2024.
6. The school reserves the right to reject or admit students. Filling up and submission of the Registration
