5. List of all the registered applicants will be displayed on the school website on Friday, 03-01-2025.

6. List of all registered applicants in descending order of their claimed points will be displayed on Friday, 10-01-2025.

7. In case of registered applicants getting identical total points in the cut-off score, a limited use of the lottery system would be adopted, subject to availability of seats.

8. This is an electrometric registration form for Delhi Public School, Dwarka only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form.

9. GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM:

Click on the link - Admission Process Pre-School & Pre-Primary 2025-26.

SIGN-IN using your mobile number to register.

Select the appropriate class for admission (PRE-SCHOOL or PRE-PRIMARY). Fill all the required fields and click SAVE at every step.

Please keep the below mentioned documents handy while filling up the registration form:

a) Photographs (Candidate, Mother and Father).

b) Aadhar Card (Candidate, Mother and Father).

c) Original Birth Certificate of the Candidate.

d) Address proof (Aadhar / Voter ID / Electricity Bill / Passport.)

e) Mother / Father Class XII Marksheet / Passing Certificate (for claiming Alumni Points).

f) Sibling Proof (ID card / Latest Fee Receipt) for claiming sibling points.

To claim the Neighbourhood Points:

Some indicative documents as per DoE guidelines, which can be submitted as proof of residence include (any one proof):

>> Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)

>> Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.

>> Voter-I Card (EPIC) of any of the parent.

>> Latest Electricity bill/MTNL bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parent or child.

>> Aadhar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parent.

THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT OF HOME VISIT, IF REQUIRED.

KINDLY NOTE:

After successful process of the Application form, please click on “PAY NOW” button to proceed for the payment of registration fee i.e. Rs. 25/- to complete the registration from.

Without the payment of admission registration fee, the registration will not be considered as completed.

10. Non-refundable Registration Fee:

a) Online payment of Rs. 25/- towards the admission registration fee.

- - Please keep your credit card/ debit card and other banking details handy for making the payment.

11. After successful transaction, a Registration Number will be generated.

A Copy of the registration form will be sent to the Email ID entered for ‘correspondence’ in the registration form.
Take a print out as a proof and quote this Registration Number for all further correspondence with the school. An SMS will also be sent to the number mentioned for ‘communication purpose’ in the registration form.

12. IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

- Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the software.

- Only one registration form will be accepted for one applicant.

- In case of corrections/changes required to be made in the duly submitted registration form, please follow the steps given below:

- - Login with registered mobile number.
  - Filled Online Registration form will appear.
  - Make the required changes and save the same.
  - Check the changes made in the form by reviewing the form in Download/Pdf.
  - You can download the updated registration form Download/Pdf.

- Kindly note that editing option is available till the last date of registration only. No changes/corrections will be entertained by the school after closure of the registration process.

13. Parents are requested to keep checking the school website on a regular basis for new updates. No separate communication will be sent via sms or any other modes of communication.

I. Age Criteria for Entry Level Class - Pre School (Nursery) is as follows:

Application Forms will be available online between Thursday, 28 November 2024 and Friday,20 December 2024 till 11.59 p.m.at www.dpsrohini.com.
The Application Form along with scanned copies of relevant documents and a non-refundable registration fee of INR 25/- should be submitted online latest by 11.59 p.m. Friday, 20 December 2024.
Please download and keep the print of the Application Form generated after successfully submitting the Application Form for future reference.
Final points (score) will be calculated automatically by the software.

Due to limited seats, it will not be possible to give admission to all the applicants.The application submitted here does not, in any way, entitle the applicant to be admitted to the school.

List of short listed candidates will be displayed online as per the schedule.

This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
It is important to fill the mandatory fields (*).
Distance calculation will be done automatically by Google Maps which is linked with the Application Form. Please note that Google Maps calculate the distance only from the drop-down option. If the locality is typed manually, it may result in erroneous calculation of points.
Please fill in each field of the form. Save the information before moving to the next section.
In case of sibling, please fill the correct admission number as W-_____. The rest of the columns will be auto- filled.
Please check all the details and spellings before submitting.
The form cannot be edited after the payment is made successfully.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / equivalent authority.
Latest Photographs of the Applicant, Father and Mother.
Residence Proof (any one) - Ration Card /Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parents, Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents, Electricity Bill/ Landline Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child, Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card issued in the name of the parents.
(The school also reserves the right of a home visit, if required.)
Proof of Sibiling - Copy of latest fully paid fee slip(2024-25)
Alumni Proof of Father and/or Mother - School Leaving Certificate/Marksheet of Class X / XII.

IMPORTANT:

Before uploading any document kindly ensure that the picture is clear and the content is readable.
After completing the Application Form, click on the `Agree` button for online submission of non-refundable registration fee.
The application shall be considered only after successful payment of non-refundable registration fee.
Immediately after the payment, a Registration Number will be generated. The acknowledgement of the same will be sent to you through SMS on your registered mobile number.
You can download the PDF of the filled Application Form from the online application page and save it for future reference.
