Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Candidates born between 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 are applicable to fill the form. Minimum age should be less than 4 Years as on 31st March, 2025.

The Online Registration Fee is Rs. 25 to be paid online.

Without Payment, the form shall not be accepted.

Filling the Registration Form and Payment of Registration Fee does not guarantee the admission in the school.

All the columns are mandatory to be filled. Incomplete form will result in rejection.

Fill the whole address with pin code in the "Corresponding Address with Pin Code*" section then only it will fulfill the criteria of Distance.

Documents Required During the Admission Interaction:

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / Tehsil / Gram Panchayat.

Proof of Residence –Ration Card issued in the name of parents including Child’s name / Domicile certificate of child or his/her Parents / Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents / Voter Identity Card of either parents / Recent Electricity bill/MTNL Bill /Water Bill /Passport in the name of child or parents / Aadhaar Card/ UID card in name of child or parents (No documents other than the above mentioned will be considered as a proof of residence)

In the case of Christian, Baptism certificate by the respective Parish Priest.

Orthodox Christian students shall submit Parish/ Vicar ' Certificate.

Family Photograph (all together)

Those parents who are applying under different categories will be considered admission in that specific or particular category only, not in any other category (i.e. if parent applies under Staff quota will not be considered under Open seat)
Incomplete application forms will be rejected.

Online Registration Process:

Open the website and click on Online Registration.

Once you submit the form, it will redirect you to the payment page where you have to pay a Registration Fee of Rs. 25.

You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of the filled Registration Form through mail. This will complete the registration process.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for verification of documents. Based or points acquired in criteria will be invited for the verification of documents and offered admission in order of points.

At the time of verification of documents applicants will be required to bring original documents for verification and self attested photocopies for submission.

In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.

If your name is in the shortlist ,you will be required to visit the school for verification of documents on the given date and time.

Incomplete forms will be rejected.

Forms can be submitted online from 28-11-2024 and payment of Rs. 25 can also be done online. Or those parents who are unable to make the payment online, can take the printout of filled in form received on their email and submit the same at St. Gregorios School, Sector-11, Dwarka, along with Registration fee of Rs.25/- cash (application cost). Applications can be submitted or collected only on working days at Dwarka School between 9:00 a.m to 1:30 p.m. Last date for submission of application form is 20-12-2024

GUIDELINES FOR PRE SCHOOL ADMISSION 2025-26

Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form to avoid rejection.

After completing the form, press the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the page.
Take a print out of the entire application form duly filled by you.
Sign the form and affix OR upload a recent photograph of your child.
Carry relevant supporting documents as required (Without supporting documents your form will be rejected).
Submit the entire set of documents (application form and supporting documents) to the school within seven days. (No forms sent by post or proxy will be entertained).
Obtain an acknowledgement slip after submitting registration fee from the school as proof that your application has been received by the School Office.
After uploading the registration form successfully, you will receive an auto-generated Application Acknowledgement Receipt for your personal record (Please make sure Pop-up blocker is Turned Off, to get the acknowledgement receipt).
