2025-26 is put up on the school notice board and on the school website.

Parents are requested to deposit the fee along with relevant documents
by 24th January, 2025 on all working days from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
positively, failing which the applicant shall lose his/her right to admission.
Parents will be required to submit a hard-copy of the online registration
form along with self attested copies of required documents. They should
also bring the original documents for verification. The admission will be
confirmed only if the authenticity of the documents is proved after
verification.
Fee Rs. 38,500/- (Rupees Thirty eight thousand five hundred only) will
be accepted by Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s cheque only in favour
of “Gyan Bharati School”. For further details, the Accounts Department
of the school may be contacted. Fee is subject to revision as per
directions/notifications received from Directorate of Education.
School is not liable to provide transport facility to the children joining the
school. The existing bus services subject to availability of seats, can be
availed by parents.
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission along with the
hard copy of the online Registration form:
1. Birth Certificate bearing the name of the child and the parents, issued
by the Municipal Corporation.
2. Medical certificate of good health of the child from a registered doctor
(In original)
3. One passport size photograph of the child. (One photo each of father
and mother if not uploaded at the time of Registration).
4. Copy of Aadhaar card issued in the name of the child.
5. Self attested copy of proof of residential address (any one of the
following):
a) Ration card issued in the name of parents (father/mother) including
the name of child.
b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
c) Latest Voter ID of any one of the parents.
d) Aadhaar card issued in the name of any one of the parents.
e) Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name
of any one of the parents.
Please note: School may also verify the residential address
through home visits.
6. In case of First child, an affidavit (First Child Affidavit) on stamp paper
duly signed by both the parents and attested by Notary.
7. In case of Sibling child, evidence of fee payment and admission
number of older sibling is required.
8. In case of Alumni parent, passing certificate of class XII and school
admission number is required.
9. In case of Social Category being SC/ST/OBC relevant certificate
should be provided.
Please note: In case of incomplete form, incorrect/false information,
incomplete/false documents, the application is liable to be rejected
and admission will stand cancelled even if selected as per points or
draw of lots.
