Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2026-27

You are advised to fill-in the Online Form.
The Online Registration Forms will be available at the school website from 04.12.2025 (Thursday) to 27.12.2025 (Saturday). The last date for receiving all forms is 27.12.2025 (Saturday).
Registration Forms sent by email /post / courier will not be considered.
Please read this page carefully and understand it before filling the Registration Form.
Submit the details online and pay the Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having Registration Number and online payment details.
Last date of submitting complete Registration Form Online: 27.12.2025 (Saturday). No need to send separate emails.
Total number of seats available is 160. (which includes EWS/DG Category - 40)
Children whose birth date falls between 1st March 2022 and 31st March 2023 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2026-27. (3 Years to 4.1 Years old). The upper age relaxation granted at the level of school.
The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
Those who will be selected after the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted data. Please bring hard copies of the pre-filled and signed online Registration Form along with the self-attested photocopies of the original documents as supporting evidence; on the day of verification. Submission of incorrect data may lead to cancellation of place on the list.
Following criteria for admission for open seats is as per DoE norms for private unaided recognized schools:

Self-attested documents to be uploaded along with the Registration Form:
1. Proof of the Date of Birth
2. Proof of the Residential Address
  1. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child)
  2. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her parents
  3. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents
  4. Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
  5. Aadhar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents
If applying under SIBLING CATEGORY, a copy of the latest paid fee bill of the sibling is to be submitted. (If not supported by the latest fee bill of SVIS, sibling points will not be awarded).

The admission schedule for admissions to Pre-School, 2026-27 is as below:

Commencement of admission process and availability of forms – 04.12.2025 (Thursday)

Uploading details of children who applied to the school for admission under Open Seats on the school website (www.svis.org.in) – 09.01.2026 (Friday)
Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under open seats – 16.01.2026 (Friday)
a) Date of draw of lots as per the point system – will be notified by 16.01.2026

b) Display of the first list of selected children (including waiting list) along with marks allotted under points system) – 23.01.2026 (Friday) on the website of the school (www.svis.org.in). Lists will not be displayed on the school gate.

Final verification by school of the selected candidates and admission for the successful candidates of the main list – from 24.01.2026 (Saturday) to 03.02.2026 (Tuesday)
Final verification by school of the selected candidates and admission for the successful candidates of the first waiting list - 10.02.2026 (Tuesday) to 16.02.2026 (Monday)
Subsequent lists, if any – List No. 3 – 05.03.2026 (Thursday)
Closure of admission process – 19.03.2026 (Thursday)

ADMISSION CRITERIA AND SCHEDULE OF BALVATIKA-1/NURSERY FOR ACADEMIC SESSION : 2026-27

In pursuance to the Director of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi order F.DE/15(172)/PSB/2016/9179-9188 dated 22.11.2025 the following criteria have been laid down for admission to Balvatika-1/Nursery in the school for the year 2026-27.

1. Seats Available:

Seats available in Balvatika-1/Nursery = 160

2. Category Wise Seat Distribution:

a) E.W.S / D.G./ CWSN Category = 40
25% of the seats are to be filled from candidates belonging to the E.W.S. Category/ CWSN/ Disadvantaged group/Orphans who are eligible as per conditions laid down in Govt. Notification no.15(172)/DE/Act/2010/69 dated 07.01.2011 and subsequent orders.
(Admissions in this category shall be done based on computerized draw to be conducted by DOE and sponsored to the school)

b) General (Open) Seats = 120
75% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the General Category/ Management Discretionary Group under the school specific criteria.

Management Quota 20% = 32
Seats to be filled at the discretion of the management

General Category (Open) Seats = 88
The remaining seats which are not covered under above categories shall be filled on 100-point scale based on school specific criteria without any discrimination of Caste / Religion / Region etc.

3. School Specific Criteria (General Seats)

The School specific admission criteria have been devised on a 100-point scale to be distributed as under

Neighbour hood	70 points
Candidates residing within 0 to 8 km distance from the school	70
Candidates residing beyond 8 kms distance from the school	60

Siblings/ Staff wards - 30 Points
Candidates whose real sister or brother is a student of this school or wards of the employees of SPS, Maurya Enclave, Pitampura only

3.1 In case of Neighbourhood , the applications must be accompanied by google map showing the road distance from their residence to the school. Points would be given according to the defined number of kilometers in the applicable range.

3.2 In case of siblings, the application must be accompanied by a self-attested photocopy of the latest fee payment receipt (Oct 2025 - Dec 2025) of the sibling students indicating the admission number and both sides of the ID card.

3.3 In case of staff ward, the application must be accompanied by a self-attested photocopy of the ID card (both sides) of the staff member.

3.4 Selection of Candidates for admission in Balvatika-1/Nursery class during the session 2026-2027

i.) School follows the 100-point scale system.
ii.) Out of the total applications from the Neighbourhood range and Sibling Criteria/Staff Wards, admission would be first offered to the candidates attaining maximum points.
iii.) If the application forms attaining similar points are more than the seats of general category, the draw of lots shall be conducted to admit the students against the number of available seats on first-come-first-served basis till the seats are filled. The date of the draw would be intimated through School Notice Board and Website also.
iv.) If vacancies remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the first lot of maximum scorers, the applications from the next lot of maximum scorers shall be considered in the above manner.
